Their loyalty department in California gave me the runaround and lies every time I called and asked them to help me reach a different salesman or a manager to help us since we couldn't reach Doug. They said they kept trying but no one would respond. When I (by myself without their help) finally found a manager and a tech, they said no one had reached out to them. (And after telling Jack Kelly, the local Utah manager about Doug Spencer ghosting us, and about the lies and mistreatment by the loyalty department, he ghosted me too after telling me to reach out to the loyalty department and they could help me. Seriously?) The Loyalty Department offered me compensation for the 6 weeks of lies and headaches and not having a working system (they had put in some equipment, then stopped when they needed a part...I didn't see them again until I told them 6 weeks later to come get their stuff out of my house). Anyway, they deny ever offering compensation and won't even discuss it with me saying it was never offered and isn't going to happen. Every message I left for someone to call me was ignored, I had to retell my story every time I called, and the Rep named Camillo yelled at me because he refused to believe a different Rep (Stalin) offered me compensation (he was just too incompetent to put it in his notes, which was a common theme that their notes on my calls were completely inaccurate.) Run far away from this company. There might a good egg in there somewhere, but most of the carton is rotten. ​​
