Because of these issues and lack of thoroughness on the first visit, I'm giving a 3-star rating. After my oil pressure low light came on I had the car towed to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Willow Springs Killeen. The entire team there took an interest in my situation and the shift supervisor located the issue. The grommet on the new oil filter was damaged and was leaking oil when the engine was turned on. Even though they were not the shop that did the original oil change, they took ownership and did a whole new oil change for me and replaced the oil filter. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and really cared that my problem got solved. I would recommend the Valvoline at 1201 Willow Springs Killeen if you want prompt, courteous, and professional service.
