Hitman Plumbing - One of The Best Plumbers in Town Five years ago, Ryan, Hitman Plumbing helped my elderly mother to convert a bathtub into a shower and showed great kindness. A few weeks ago, Ryan provided his expertise to our 94 year old neighbour in the same building to do a similar conversion. Ryan was professional and completed the job in a very diligent manner. The job was very well-done and Ryan provided precautionary ideas to make the shower secure and safe. Our elderly neighbour and her family were very pleased and thankful to Ryan. At the same time, we decided to move our 92 year old mother-in-law to live with us so that we could take care of her and walk together with her through her last journey in life. One of the obstacles was to add an additional bathroom with a shower. We consulted Ryan, Hitman Plumbing and the work was begun promptly. Unexpectedly, our elderly was in and out of the hospital and passed away a week ago. Ryan was extremely patient, encouraging us to take the first priority to care and support our family. We were really grateful for his patience, understanding and empathy. From the planning till the job was completed, Ryan added on extra-hours and efforts, ran back & forth to buy supplies, providing excellent expertise. He is a very understanding, kind and honest man with great integrity. He takes every detail to heart and finishes the task quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Hitman Plumbing is absolutely reliable and trustworthy. Ryan is a very professional plumber with a great heart. We have no hesitation to recommend Ryan, Hitman who will do the job in an upbeat and skilful manner. read more

Ryan came to install my new bathtub, but left the bathtub very bouncy, find out no support installed in the base of the bathtub, then he installed my linear drain too closed to the wall, that my tile guy cant even install drywall without hitting the drain, impossible to install tile on top of the drain. He refuse to come back to fix those issues unless pay him 220 hrly rate. Then when other red seal proffessional plumber point out his errors in installation, he got upset and refuse to service me. read more

Ryan is the best plumber I've used hands down. I've used him for several jobs and his work is always quality and he's great to communicate with. Most recently; he helped us hide a clean out pipe by chipping away the concrete, installing the new pipe, adding concrete back, and staying until 8PM to get the job done. Now, it's all hidden and looks amazing! Good luck trying to find another plumber that will do all that. read more

The owner, Milton response to my quote request very promptly, very responsive that's all the credit I can give to this company. His tech is suppose to come between 3:30-4:30pm, I got off work earlier to be home by 3pm to wait for the tech, by 3:59pm, he said his tech is running late and he could not come himself because he has to take care of his sick baby, which I completely understand. I suggest a reschedule tomorrow but Milton suggested tech is on his way, I waited until 5:30, no one shows up, waited until 6:20pm, still no one shows up. At around 6:40pm, the tech finally buzz me, I let him in the lobby but still no one shows up at my door. At this point, I have absolutely no idea what is going on and just tired of waiting (I have waited mo 3 hours . I told Milton there is no need for his service anymore and I have contacted another tech to come fix the issue tomorrow, instead of being a respond professional, he sent me a very passive aggressive reply! For an owner of a small company behaving like this is unacceptable and quite frankly, just plain rude. P.s: the owner said he will donate to the charity of my choice (I chose an organisation that helps fight the climate change) and it seems he never follow through with his promise. The owner please provide proof he has made the donations, thanks! read more

Ryan and Bobby were a pleasure to deal with. My texts to them were responded very promptly and came within 24 hrs. They treated my home like it was their own and were quick and professional in fixing my toilets and were charged reasonable rates. I highly recommend them. read more

My husband noticed that the drywall was rotting by the shower and was concerned that there was an internal leak. We called Ryan and he was very responsive and came on time. After a short assessment, he advised us that the leak was actually coming from the space between the shower door and the floor and that we needed to get a thicker plastic insulation tape under the shower door. We had initially thought that we would need to rip out the shower wall and repair and internal leak. Ryan spent a few more minutes explaining that he was 97% sure and that there was no leak. The final and most amazing part was that he did not even charge us for his time. I am so impressed with his professionalism and honesty and would not hesitate to use his again as well as recommend him to everyone. read more

Ryan came through for me quickly after calling him last minute with my ceiling leaking. He arrived within an hour and had everything required to quickly fix the pipe in the ceiling. He went into the attic not fearing any of the black widows or extremly dirty conditions of my attic with a smile. His prices were very reasonable and worth every penny. I would recommend Hitman plumbing to everyone! read more

Awesome service, honest and good price! Picks up phone on time and comes by promised time.

We have an old house with an electric boiler for our hot water and heat. The boiler had been shutting off on its own for the past 5 years ... but we usually just restart it by flicking the breaker. 3 nights ago, the boiler finally died on us. With no hot water in the house and 3 kids who needed warm showers, we desperately contacted almost a dozen plumbers. Surprisingly, majority of plumbers around Vancouver do not service electric boiler system. Fortunately, we connected with Ryan at Hitman Plumbing and he was the silver lining to our misfortune. Great response time. Quality work. Knowledgable. Polite. Fair prices and very reasonable. Just don't take my word for it - there are 40+ reviews hidden under his profile. He indulged my neuroticism to research and find the right boiler. Then he gave me the wholesale price for the new unit which saved us a ton of money! He went the extra mile with great service during the install and got us our hot water back before the weekend which is what I asked for. I would highly recommend him and would call him again for our future plumbing needs. The cherry on top is that he's also very pleasant and very funny to be around - turning what would otherwise be a stressful and unpleasant experience into a more enjoyable situation. I fully support his goal to be the number 1 plumbing company with 100% customer satisfaction and he's well on his way to doing that. read more
