Theo was the technician the first visit, and Sia did the recent call, both provided top shelf service. I found them to be on time, accurate, very fair price wise and ultimately highly trustworthy, along with being good people. They won't sell you something you don't need, but also won't just band aid a solution. They will recommend what is necessary to do now with an eye down the road as to what will be your best choice long term. In our case, they could have replaced the blower and other parts on the old furnace for about half the price of a new one (which comes with a 10 year warranty), so the decision was easy to replace the entire unit. Expensive now but don't have to worry about again. Cannot recommend these gentleman and this company enough!

From the beginning, the unit installed in my home produced a noise that I documented and shared through several videos. Although the issue was difficult to replicate during early visits, I was the one who had to repeatedly follow up over many months, as updates were not provided unless I asked. During the final visit, your technician did identify the source of the problem and contacted Daikin directly. I was later informed that Daikin agreed to provide a replacement indoor unit under warranty. While the unit was able to produce heating and cooling, that does not mean it was functioning properly. A new system should operate without persistent mechanical noise caused by a confirmed defect, and customers should not be expected to accept less than full, proper performance. Despite having installed the defective unit, I was told that the replacement would not be carried out unless I covered additional labor costs. After a year and a half, the issue remains unresolved, not because a solution was unavailable, but because the approved replacement was never completed. My expectation has always been simple and reasonable: to receive the properly functioning system I originally paid for, which has not been accomplished. This will be my final comment, as the record is clear and further discussion will not change the facts. I hope sharing my experience helps future customers make a fully informed decision

I had the plumber come over to clear the build up in the pipes. He also unclogged the bathroom sink for me. As well, I had him look at my garburator. My garburator had a small crack on the side and it worried me a bit. The plumber said it is just the outside but the inside is still working fine. So there is no need to replace it yet.
