The plumber was very professional and he did not charge extra to having to come downtown.

After many…read morebookings, cancellations, lame excuses, then more cancellations, we finally have our gas fireplace in. It works beautifully. It looks amazing and the guys that put it in were great. My one criticism was that they do not appear to work for Kirkland when they arrive. Barring that, they did a good job and cleaned up well. The front end of this business is overwhelmed, and the ball was dropped many times in the process. Bottom line is I got a great fireplace at a great price, but I sure had to be patient

After installing our gas fireplace in 2008, we found that it makes a horrendous noise when you use the remote. Other people seem to have nice quiet switches on the wall. Why wouldn't we be warned not to buy this fireplace? The employees don't care about the customer. Avoid this business.

Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning scammed $1500 from me. They refuse to honor 100% guarantee…read more Stay away at all cost. My air conditioner was not blowing cold air so I called Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning, based on their good reviews. Sean, the technician showed up. He diagnosed the problem and told me that I need to replace the control board and the fan motor. I told him since the heat pump is over 10 years old, I did not want to spend so much money unless he is 100% sure about the problem. Sean assured me that he will guarantee 100% he will fix the problem. He assured me that if the AC is still not working after spending $1500, he said he will fix it for free until it is fixed. So I trusted his words went ahead and spend $1500 on 10 year old heat pump. After Sean replaced the control board and the fan motor, the problem still existed. I called him so many times but every time he comes, he just told me the unit is working fine, even though it is making a loud noise and fan not turning on. Sean told me to just put on E-Heat setting and not use the heat pump. He promised to contact the manufacturer to fix the problem but that never happened. After months and months of waiting, he now tells me there is a gas leak which is the cause of the problem. Really!? So he replaced the control board and fan motor for nothing. He refused to admit his misdiagnosis and refused to keep his promise of 100% guarantee. I had owned and operated a motel for over 20 years and used so many trades people but I never met such a dishonest repairman. I tried to resolve the issue directly but they just do not care.
