My favorite sushi spot in Henderson. The quality is top notch. The service great. And even when i order pickup it's always packed so neatly. LOVE THIS PLACE

The best sudhinin Las Vegas! Exceptional service! Food was fresh, great portion and ambiance. A must try.

Talk sushi to me! Hiroba Sushi has an extensive menu with a variety of sushi, chicken teriyaki, ramen, tempura, and yummy desserts like tempura cheesecake and mochi ice cream. They even have different rolls using black rice. Service was super quick and we were in and out in no time. Plenty of seating inside and can accommodate large groups. They had a lot of to-go orders when we were there so kitchen was active. Food: - B.B.Q. Beef Short Ribs App - Bluefin Tuna Nigiri 2 pc - Shrek Tataki - little spicy but yummy - Barbie Roll - kinda dry since pink crunch on top The menu's last pages has all the dietary restrictions: - Shellfish Allergy Free (salmon carpaccio) - Vegan Menu (avocado and cucumber roll) - Vegetarian Menu (supreme vegetable roll) - Gluten Free (spicy rainbow roll)

This was probably one of the best experiences that I've ever had with sushi. The food was amazing. The service was great. Then the staff had a sense of ownership and treated every customer like they were special.

Went back for our millionth time on Saturday and once again it was FANTASTIC!!! We got to meet the GM, Eddie. What a fun loving guy. My husband & I would go back just to hang out with him. But, obviously the food is delicious. We enjoyed the Orange Blossom, Super Duper, Hiroba 1, Dancing Dragon, Chicken Fried Rice, Screaming O and lots of different Sake. If you haven't been here, you must try. Great atmosphere, exceptional service. It's the best in town. Thank you for a great time!

Quality of this sushi is delishhh! I feel like there is a saying, a place that doesn't serve all you can eat always provides better quality fish and ingredients for sushi, as well as presentation, and after dining here I totally get it. Came here last night for my friend's birthday, which was so nice to celebrate at. It was rather busy for a Monday night, but it was a holiday. It's so nice and welcoming in here. I think they updated tables and whatnot, because last time I was here it was a lot more dark inside. This time around they had lighter tables, lanterns hanging from the ceiling, a wall of long time patrons... it felts more welcoming and more homey. Our server was great and the manager Tristan was great, too. I ordered the orange blossom and the rock and roll to split with my mother in law. We both really enjoyed the rolls! They were so good. And the presentation was absolutely stunning. I had never seen orange blossom presented that way! It was gorgeous! Only thing we had an issue was with how long it was taking to bring the sushi out. It felt like every other table was getting theirs sooner than us, even those with groups as big as ours. And every time we would ask, the servers and staff were so nice about it, but we just kept getting told it was backed up, then like 10 minutes later it was "what are you still waiting on?" They recognized it a bit and gave us a few free drinks because of it since we were waiting so long. I definitely would give them another shot. Like I said, it was taking a while, but the staff was very kind about it. And the sushi was delicious!

Sashimi platter was good. Service was good. Love the chairs at the sushi bar, very comfortable, noise level was great. The menu is way too big and overwhelming. The edamame was over cooked, the beans were mushy, we ordered a sashimi salad, they put marinaded poke on top of lettuce. Not good. If you are a sushi connoisseur, you may not like this place, if you stick to sashimi or nigiri, it might get 4 stars. Chef John was very nice and accommodating, just didn't have the quality or innovation we are searching for.

Tho food is pretty good! The udon was delicious! I didn't like the fried stuff as it was flavorless! The cucumber salad looks plain but was really good! The spring rolls taste like every other restaurant. Overall 8/10! The Barbie roll was different and I liked it! Service as quick and good!

I came to Hiroba Sushi and decided to try the corn cheese--and wow, I'm so glad I did! It was creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The perfect balance of sweet corn and rich, melty cheese made it super satisfying. I did have to wait a little for it to come out, but honestly, it was totally worth it. You can tell it's made fresh, and the quality shows in every bite. I'll definitely be ordering it again the next time I visit. If you're stopping by Hiroba Sushi, do yourself a favor and try the corn cheese--it's a hidden gem on the menu! Also the California was great and so was the other items that my fam tried like the spicy udon, California hand roll, and the golden night roll! The service was good and the vibes were friendly as well.

I knew we were off to a bad start when I ordered a diet coke and they gave me a pepsi without informing me that they carry pepsi products... Our first plate came out with salmon, scallop, toro, and bluefin tuna nigiri. Although it wasn't as bad as how sad it looked, it definitely was not good. The unagi and vegetable tempura were so-so. The sweet shrimp and the crispy black lotus were the best items here, but definitely not good enough to make up for everything else. -Service was decent -Prices are on the cheaper side for sushi (but I'd rather pay a little more for better quality) -They're all about the black rice here-- didn't seem to change too much of the taste

Pretty good standard American sushi spot. Got some sashimi and the cuts were all right, obviously not like Japan but pretty on par with any sushi spot you'll find in Vegas. Salmon cuts had some pretty tough and chewy areas. Another fish texture was just off. Super white was delicious and my favorite cut. Presentation was nice. We got 4 black rice rolls. Boyfriend got the lemon roll, mango salmon roll. He seemed to like them. I got the V roll, this was so freaking good, I would come back just for this. The coconut shrimp tempura on top was hot and fresh out the fryer. It was so crispy and the shrimp was huge and juicy! I loved that, the sushi roll was good itself too. Also got the super duper roll and that was yummy but didn't blow my socks off like the V roll Overall the prices were not too bad however I think your money will go much further with similar quality food at an AYCE

While we have visited before, our most recent lunch was nothing short of magical--an absolute masterclass in Japanese hospitality and culinary excellence. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was serene and inviting, feeling as though the entire space had been reserved just for us. However, the true highlight of our visit was KJ, our host. His warmth, expertise, and attention to detail elevated our meal into a memory we will cherish. A Culinary Journey to Remember Under KJ's expert guidance, we embarked on a flavor journey that was flawless from start to finish: The Prelude: We began with perfectly warmed Sake and Squid Fingers--lightly breaded, savory, and tender. The Star of the Show: The Toro was a revelation. It melted on the tongue like butter, leaving a delicate, sweet finish that I'm still thinking about. The Main Event: We enjoyed the fan-favorite Shrimp Tempura and the White Tiger Roll, featuring seared fatty tuna and avocado that tasted like pure luxury. Freshness Redefined: The Sashimi in our Bento box featured some of the freshest, most vibrant salmon and tuna I have ever encountered. The Grand Finale Just when we thought the meal couldn't be improved, KJ surprised us with a Yuzu Sorbet. It was the most refreshing, palate-cleansing bite imaginable--the perfect "exclamation point" to a perfect afternoon. Why You Must Visit Osaka isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination for anyone who appreciates world-class service and authentic flavors. We left feeling completely satisfied, happy, and already planning our next trip back. Pro Tip: When you visit, ask for KJ. His recommendations are impeccable. It is just off Eastern within the Eastern Marketplace Plaza, with huge signage and ample parking. once inside you're greeted with beautifully intentional japanese-inspired decor, from ramen menu planks in Japanese at the host's station to a very cool tree-styled wood with what I can only assume are wishes and prayers across it all. The standout decor is the hexagon cubbies along the right side, as well as the yogurt bottle shaped table area. It's so unique but beautifully executed. Before I even get to the food, I need to shout out the service. Our server was incredible - so knowledgeable and made some spectacular recommendations, and checked on us frequently to make sure we were enjoying our meal and had everything we needed. As for the food, we tried the Omurice, the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, and a few desserts: Matcha Pudding with Red Bean, and Japanese Cherry Blossom Jelly. The Omurice was so well done, and I really enjoyed the fried rice bed underneath. The ramen's broth was exquisite. Very rich and flavorful, and the ramen noodles were cooked to perfection. The pork was well seasoned and tender as well. The desserts, both of them, were light and delicate, not at all heavy and made for a perfect finisher to end the meal. This is 5 stars across the board. Yes the ramen is a bit pricey but the quality and care in the meal is so evident. The service was top notch. 100% recommend, and I guarantee I'll be back!

Fifteen years later and I still love this place!…read more I've been dining at I Love Sushi for over 15 years, and it truly never disappoints. It's one of those restaurants that has become a tradition for our family, and every time we visit we're reminded why it's always packed. There has been a recent change in ownership, and they now offer an all-you-can-eat menu. I'll admit I was hesitant at first because sometimes AYCE sushi can mean sacrificing quality. Thankfully that is not the case here at all. The quality is just as good as it's always been. We started with the garlic edamame, which is always a great way to kick things off. From there we ordered steamed gyoza, yellowtail, yuzu salmon sushi, and then took advantage of one of the best parts of the all-you-can-eat menu... you can order half rolls. This makes it so easy to try a variety of different rolls without committing to full ones. That said, the one roll I will never order as a half is the Flower Roll. It's been my favorite here for years and is an absolute must every time we visit. Our waitress also recommended trying the Irish Roll, which was new to us and ended up being excellent. We'll definitely be ordering that again. We also tried a half Candy Cane Roll, which was another great option. One of the reasons we keep coming back, beyond the food, is the service. Because we've been coming here for so long, the staff recognizes us and they are always incredibly kind and welcoming. It really adds to the experience. This restaurant is almost always packed, and there's a very good reason for that. The food is consistently great and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. A couple other menu items worth mentioning: The Joe Special is fantastic (even though we didn't order it this visit), and my daughter always loves the Niku Udon noodles. After 15+ years, I Love Sushi is still a five-star experience for us, and it's a place we always look forward to visiting with family and friends.

It hit the right balance of fresh and flavorful with their garlic sauce. The OMG, the heart attack, and the spider roll were good but the fresh roll was everything. My auntie loved the uni, which I regret not trying. I would have, except the service was pretty slow since there was only one waitress and a couple sushi chefs. You can really tell they take pride in both quality and service here. Overall, such a great spot for all-you-can-eat sushi -- we'll definitely be coming back!
