I contacted Call Dad due to my ac not blowing cold air. They repaired it by replacing the capacitor…read moreand that was the extent of the repair. I was charged $739.16, which was due upon completion. At the time, I didn't realize this was an astronomical amount for this replacement but my neighbors told me afterwards that I was taken advantage of because this part generally was under $50.00. I contacted the business and was told that the part was $400 and the rest was labor. I complained about amount and was offered a service warranty for a 20+ year old system, which I did not need. I also was told that the item had a lifetime warranty, which I did not ask for. I would NEVER had agreed to replacement of this part had I known how much they were going to charge me. I would have gotten a second opinion. After extensive conversation with Patrick Olszewski (field service manager), he said I would receive a refund in the amount of $250.00, which I have yet to receive. This conversation took place on 9/3/2026. I have spoken with several different people in this organization trying to get this resolved. I received an invoice (not itemized) that says I was due a refund but didn't get it. Think twice before doing business with this company. ADDENDUM: I have finally received reimbursement.

Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The 2 techs were able to clean both sides in one day. I would recommend Ductz to anyone, there were zero problems, ducts/air handler are nicely clean and my tenants enjoy cleaner air.

This used to shock me, but not anymore, because 4 out of 4 times, they've been exactly on time. I had the pleasure of meeting Cameron and Dawn today. Both were very professional and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Dawn was very personable and professional, which is hard to find that combination in businesses these days. Cameron is an impressive young man who was professional as well. He was training Dawn, so, I didn't have as much interaction with him. But the interaction I had was great. What I like about this company is they'll text you when they're showing up with a picture of the poison who is coming out. That's a great safety feature. I'm happy to do business with them, and I look forward to doing business again with them in the future. You guys are awesome!!!!!

Despite the fact that I believe myself to be intelligent, I am a sixty-eight-year-old single woman…read morethat was taken advantage of by Champion Comfort Experts. My July water bill spiked so I knew there was a leak somewhere. After checking all the indoor probable culprits and finding no issue, I discovered the ground out front very wet at the water shut off valve. When I called Champion I even said that I suspected I needed a new shut off valve. The Champion technicians came to the same conclusion and with my approval, they proceeded to install a new turn off valve. Once that was completed they told me that there was still a leak of unknown origin. After conferring phone calls and further digging in my front yard they determined that the leak must be under the slab of my house and that the likely resolve would include tearing up concrete of my front patio and likely flooring and walls within my home. When they left that day I had no water, an open mess in my front yard, and absolutely no solution from Champion, PLUS they wouldn't leave without $1197.33 payment for the new valve. The next day I wrangled a technician from another company to take a look. What I'm about to tell you is so sophomoric, it's hard not to laugh at the stupidity. Instead of removing the faulty value or installing the new around the faulty valve, abandoning it completely, the Champion Techs installed the new valve directly onto the old leaking one. So every time they tried to turn on the water it continued to leak. Adding insult to injury, thus far I have not been refunded my $1197.33. Despite receiving an email stating I would receive a full refund, I never have, not one cent, and they have blocked my phone number from calling their business. Sincerely, Seriously Screwed Old Lady

I inherited an HVAC system after purchasing a home and when the weather got warm it was evident the…read moresystem wasn't cooling. I found that Superior Comfort Systems installed the unit so I called and was told it was under warranty and someone would look at it. The tech told me they had serviced this several times during the last few years and there was something wrong with it. He added refrigerant which leaked after three days. Now, the first thing about this company is they don't answer calls. On average a call was returned four days later or if I happened to have caught them after numerous messages which was always answered with an excuse as to why they hadn't returned my call. I explained that the unit was still not working and the temperature was getting hot. They scheduled a second service call and told me someone had to come out soon because the warranty was due to expire. The second tech came out and put stop-leak and refrigerant in it and told me he thought he would have to return. That lasted three days. After numerous calls and messages, I finally connected again days later and was told the warranty had expired. Now, the calls and messages were made from a Thursday through Sunday. Their website states that they are open 24 hours/day. That following Monday, after no success on Superior Comfort Systems answering their phone, out of desperation from the rising heat I contacted two different HVAC companies for a quote on diagnostics and perhaps a replacement. During the day I called the two other companies three times and each one answered immediately each time or called back within 20 minutes. I chose one who scheduled that day and showed me three leaking areas in the HVAC due to workmanship. I scheduled a replacement and it was done two days later. I don't recommend this company. Besides the poor work and the mysterious warranty on - warranty off it was extremely difficult working with a company that doesn't return phone calls.
