Great service , always available to come out in a timely manner. Units installed correctly and have worked ever since they put them in.

Their scheduling service repeatedly scheduled late appointments when technicians weren't available, causing them to cancel at the last minute 2 days in a row, leaving us with a non functional HVAC during hot weather. Extremely unprofessional and unethical business practice.

We have now failed two inspections. The first failure was due to insufficient wiring. The second failure was due to loose connectors and because not all of the work performed was properly disclosed on the permit. The inspection failed again as a result. This has caused significant delays to our renovation, and we are now unable to submit another permit until these issues are resolved. Electrical work is a major part of an HVAC installation, and repeated inspection failures are a serious red flag. The crew also left construction debris and trash behind, further reflecting a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this company, especially for electrical work. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of correcting substandard work.

I found that Superior Comfort Systems installed the unit so I called and was told it was under warranty and someone would look at it. The tech told me they had serviced this several times during the last few years and there was something wrong with it. He added refrigerant which leaked after three days. Now, the first thing about this company is they don't answer calls. On average a call was returned four days later or if I happened to have caught them after numerous messages which was always answered with an excuse as to why they hadn't returned my call. I explained that the unit was still not working and the temperature was getting hot. They scheduled a second service call and told me someone had to come out soon because the warranty was due to expire. The second tech came out and put stop-leak and refrigerant in it and told me he thought he would have to return. That lasted three days. After numerous calls and messages, I finally connected again days later and was told the warranty had expired. Now, the calls and messages were made from a Thursday through Sunday. Their website states that they are open 24 hours/day. That following Monday, after no success on Superior Comfort Systems answering their phone, out of desperation from the rising heat I contacted two different HVAC companies for a quote on diagnostics and perhaps a replacement. During the day I called the two other companies three times and each one answered immediately each time or called back within 20 minutes. I chose one who scheduled that day and showed me three leaking areas in the HVAC due to workmanship. I scheduled a replacement and it was done two days later. I don't recommend this company. Besides the poor work and the mysterious warranty on - warranty off it was extremely difficult working with a company that doesn't return phone calls.
