I was expecting more from the reviews. The main downer is that they don't have Almond Milk. The Barista went on to tell me, in a derogatory way that Almond Milk is the worst... I currently can't have dairy and these comments were just unnecessary because I would love to have a regular late with a creamy foam. Second downer is that the coffee is just average, or the barista hasn't been trained to make a good cup of coffee that brings out the complexity of the coffee beans and the milk of choice. When a coffee costs more than $6 one gets high expectations. This place didn't deliver. I was going to also buy a pastry to go with my coffee but they're all wrapped in cellophane. No thank you! Seems popular by the number of people sitting indoors to meet up with friends but I think that when it comes to coffee, this location was not my cup of brew. You can find places to sit and relax here! What a concept! I ordered a soy latte and a bacon egg and cheese english muffin. I think the barista/ cashier/breakfast warmer upper was the owner. Coffee was fine, sandwich was okay, business owner was very gracious and efficient. I felt the bathroom needed some attention. I see a lot of police here in the mornings picking up coffee and pastries so it has their seal of approval too. read more

Amazing coffee! Himalayan Java Coffee offers quality roasts, unique, tasty drinks and very good pastries! I had an orange cinnamon roll, who knew a cinnamon roll could get even yummier?! The orange zest added a delicious flavor I didn't know I was missing and it went great with my honey latte. My husband ordered a dark roast coffee with some milk and sugar and wow! I enjoyed his simple drink more than mine although I really did enjoy mine as well, this coffee was rich and strong. Simple on the out side nice and cozy on the inside. Let's get into this, Walking in your greeted by the fantastic aroma of coffee. I waited for the guy in front of me to get his coffee then watched as the coffee guy cleaned and sanitized before my order. He greeted me as I walked in while helping the 1st guest. The place is well lit and decorated with cool coffee stuff. To the sound of light music I ordered a pumpkin spice latte to go. He was very polite and fast. Within the few moments he was making my order I asked about the beans as I love coffee and I'm wondering if the beans are organic or not. He replied they grow their own beans and yes they are organic as if reading my mind Now sitting in my car drinking the coffee it's not the best I ever had however it is good. Not to much syrup and the perfect amount of foam leads me to put this in my top 10 coffee shops. Now I want to try the plane drip coffee. Note, the pice is right. Met friends over coffee at this location and everything from the service, quality of the drinks, and overall ambiance was great! Baristas were welcoming and friendly. Great communication confirming my drink was dairy free. Place was small but offered a quiet and cozy space to catch up with friends, work remotely, or even study. They had calm instrumental music that was calming and not distracting. Accessible restroom by the condo lobby. Just need to ask baristas for the code. I ordered their lavender London fog. I stopped by here one afternoon when I was driving by the area. The coffee shop felt comfortable to relax in with fun and interesting aesthetic to it. Great little coffee shop unlike any other. The ambiance here is great and nothing like any other coffee place around the area. It is very homey and comfortable. I feel like I could stay here for hours without getting tired of it. They also have free wi-fi here without any time limits like some other places around the area. In addition, the coffee here is great and their menu has a lot of things that I haven't seen at any other coffee place. Finally visited this spot today at 6pm (which is 30 minutes before closing) I was surprised by how friendly the staff were given they were closing shortly. I didn't feel rushed at all. I was also pleased to see how many pastries were left in the display case because I really wanted to get something with my coffee. I got their honey latte and iced caramel macchiato. I was offered a cookie for a dollar because I bought a latte (you get a discount on the treats when you buy a drink -not sure if it's a permanent deal or promotional), and of course I bought it, I mean who can say no to a dollar cookie? I also got a cheesecake, I didn't know that they didn't have a to-go container for it and so I was surprised when it was served on a plate and brought to where I was sitting as I waited for my coffee. I was honestly wanting to just grab coffee and some treats to go. But, not a big deal but I would've liked to have known before hand that I would have to consume it at the store. I tried both of the drinks and they were both smooth and good tasting- none of that weird slight acidic aftertaste from other coffee places. The place is very nice and has a lot of seating available. I've been very excited for this cafe to open. The inside is beautiful and there is a very relaxing atmosphere. The plants, books, varied seating, and other decor create a home-like and calming vibe. I ordered the chai latte and morning muffin (a zucchini, cranberry, and bran type muffin) which were both lovely. The latte was not overly sweet so the cinnamon of the chai was able to shine through. My boyfriend ordered the caramel latte and a sandwich. The sandwiches are not made in house, but they are a larger size than you find in other cafes and restaurants around the area, which is nice for a filling breakfast. Much like the chai, the caramel latte was not overly sweet and the taste of the espresso was distinct from the caramel, which was pleasant. Overall, it seems like a beautiful and quiet spot to meet with friends or get some studying done. I will definitely return! read more

Good customer service, great Himalayan coffee (coffee is actually from Nepal), and comfortable area for studying/working. It's also a good place to catch up with friends. They have tables and couches, which provide that relaxed atmosphere. I got an extra hot Flat White with hemp milk, which was a pretty decent cup of joe. The only thing I have to complain about is how cold it is in the cafe. If they could notch up the heat a bit, that would be more suitable for the winter time. read more

A cute cozy little place with free wifi, great for studying or a small chat. It's well lit with many windows for natural lighting, wooden tables with lots of chairs, and soft music. The barista said their most popular is a honey latte, though the Himalayan Chiya sounds delicious. I wasn't feeling super adventurous so I had a chai latte with oat milk, and my mom had the honey lemon tea. Both were very good though and I'd come back to try the chiya next time. To start, this place gets 5 Stars for having Heavy Cream. I drink a lot of coffee (I have a problem) and most places only have half and half. I love the flavor heavy cream gives to my coffee. They have other choices if you aren't about the heavy cream life too (including half and half)! I don't drink a lot of different drinks here but I recommend the Himalayan Chia. If you want to add some weirdness to it, add a shot of espresso. I like it. But make sure to try the Chia as the original first. It's a delicious drink on its own. The Honey Latte is delicious too. Otherwise, I usually get a drip if I want something plain. If you come in during the mornings, you'll most likely run into Kay. She's honestly awesome. I've been going here for over a year now and I find myself coming back because she's super rad and makes great coffee and company. Thay said, super cute atmosphere. Pastries and foods are outsourced, but I had a delicious Little Raes sandwich.
