I wish this place was able to have some more marketing because it is super cute on the inside and you can't even notice it much from the outside. It's a lot bigger than you would think with plenty of tables to sit and have coffee with friends or even just do some work for a bit. It's a nice place very trendy. It was very clean. My go to is usually a caramel macchiato, but they don't have caramel. I got an iced vanilla latte, the staff member said that they make the syrups there themselves. It was good not as sweet as I would like it to be, but I'm used to caramel. I also got a lemon crumb cake warmed up. I would not suggest getting it again. It was very dry, and the top had coconut on it, which was very crispy which also made it dry. The staff member was super nice & helpful since I was not used to the city. Been coming since they first opened and, it truly has become one of my favorite cafes in the area. I love the layout of the space and the ambiance. I often come here to get work done when I need to get out of the apartment. I am a huge fan of their cafe con miel and love their pastries too. Straight to the point, quality control needs to be addressed. I ordered a drip which was quickly served from the dispenser. Sitting down and drinking, it was lukewarm and had obviously been sitting there a *long* time. Put a timer on the cannister and dump what ieft when it is no longer hot, however long that is. I originally gave this place a 5 star because I had such good service the first I came but I guess it was when they weren't busy. I came again on a busy Sunday morning and they took nearly 30 minutes to make my order of 2 lattes and a pastry. When I asked about my order the lady was flippant and just said "Yeah it's coming we had like 50 orders". Went to grab some breakfast here. I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte with light ice, a "turkey bacon" croissant and I split a danish with my partner. The coffee was pretty decent, I had asked for light ice but I don't think they heard that part since my drink was half ice :( I was under the impression that my croissant would be made of turkey bacon but it was actually turkey AND (pork) bacon. Some of the most indifferent people I've ever been served by in this city. When I first started coming, they told me they'd be featuring vegan pastries soon but I have never once seen any in the case. The coffee is good but not the best in Seattle, by a long shot. The last time I was in, someone was allowed to let their dog walk around the cafe without a leash, and it came up to my table sniffing for food. Another dog was barking loudly.
