Have seen sandwich board signs for this space while walking around during break from work. Finally hunted it down yesterday during lunch the goal was the blackberry sage refresher but they were out of all the refreshers except the grapefruit rosemary so I tried that it was delicious and refreshing not overly herbal which was main concern. Went again this morning for coffee with a friend from work and we tried the Cinnamon Honey which seems to be popular she got it hot I got mine iced we both enjoyed it. The space is part of a printing company , but there is also a cute gift area. They have grab and go items and a pastry case of items. Both times I went the customer seemed was very friendly and helpful. It's about a 11 minute walk from work but worth it. read more

Such a cute & fun spot! Just a walk away from Pike Place & tucked away on the stairs! I loved the interior and the small market with goods made by local artists. The menu is simple and easy to navigate! There was also only one barista working but considering how many customers there were, we got our drinks pretty quick! I opted for the orangesicle latte (i drank it before i even considered a picture) and it was delicious! I loved their espresso, and the syrup was not too sweet. If I had more time I would love to sit outside on their cute patio & try even more! read more

Located towards the back of Pike Market. A line does form so you have to enter the store for the back of the line. They have a lot a merchandise for sale from wine to mugs to stickers. I ordered a caramel latte so I have a base to go by. I ordered the large iced latte. We sat while we waited at a counter behind what looked like a packing room. They had limited pastries when we were there. As for the taste of the coffee, it was ok. I wouldn't make a special trip for it. Aesthetically, it was cute inside. Service was pleasant. read more

Great place to get coffee around breakfast place. I ordered the strawberry Matcha latte. I was surprised that I didn't see any strawberry from the looks of the cup however, after drinking it, I believe it tasted some strawberry, but wish the taste was stronger, quite a weird experience. It's almost like they forgot the strawberry maybe? Anyways a neat shop, I would come back. read more

We were greeted very nicely as we walked in. Kind service. I wasn't a huge fan of my drink, an iced Maple Lavender Latte. There are not any indoor places to sit other than a few bar stools, so I don't recommend on a rainy day. read more

I dropped $70 here, including a coffee to go. The coffee wasn't even hot or particularly good, but I liked the design of the space and the curated items, so I gave it a chance. My girlfriend had admired some earrings when we first discovered the shop, and I went back to surprise her. That's when things went south. Buying gifts always comes with a little guesswork, and in today's world, almost everything is recorded digitally. I returned with the item unused and in perfect condition. Instead of being helped, I was brushed off and told I needed a receipt or to "email the owner." After doing so, the reply I got was a short, condescending message that could just as easily have been handled at the store level. If you go here, don't expect service. Don't expect respect. And don't expect a good coffee product either. What you can expect is nice design and curated trinkets--but when the people behind it treat customers this poorly, it's hard to see the value in supporting them. read more

We did have a hard time finding it since it is a bit off the beaten path. We came here for a quick pick me up and we are so thankful we did!! This spot was filled with cute small gives and souveniers. I really want to like this place as it has a really nice ambiance and is conveniently located right by Pike Place, but I had a bad experience with their matcha latte. I paid close to $7 for a normal-looking matcha latte. It was very milky and the matcha powder wasn't frothed very well - I kept tasting chunks of matcha powder as I was drinking it. For $7, I expect my matcha latte to be better than what this place has to offer. Perhaps it was a one-off situation so I'd be down to come back and try again, but unfortunately my experience here was not great. read more

This place is super cute with little gifts to look at and cool prints, but the cafe itself isn't worth it. We came here because the coffee was cheaper than Storyville which we had been to the day before. Got 2 cappuccinos but they tasted like floral milk? Very strange taste and bland coffee. The coffee shop is very cute. However, this was probably the worst latte I've ever had. It's hard to go wrong with a vanilla iced latte but not sure what happened here. Instead of an espresso shot with milk, it tasted like watered down cold brew with splash of milk. I wouldn't recommend. read more

So far, the coziest coffee shop near Pike Place Market! They also have CUTE stickers and merch in here. ***What I ordered **Honey Cinnamon Latte (8.5/10) ~ This was a really good "fall" latte! It had a good balance of cinnamon and honey. I personally thought it was going to be crazy sweet, but instead it wasn't which I was pleasantly surprised with! Also the oat milk didn't make the drink overly creamy! Highly recommend getting this! Overall, Drink came out quick, staff was friendly, and coffee was good! It's tucked back under a staircase on your way from the market to the harbor. Maybe is newer but for as many coffee shops as you can pick this one was sub par. The employees were not very friendly and there were a handful of people in line and when asking questions like "oh how's this one" they were like good which I would guess people are asking the question for flavor but maybe not. In my case, I was disappointed by the service which made the review lower. In addition, they were like oh we will have that back next week -- which again in the case of tourist - or at least me as a tourist - not the service answer one's looking for. read more

I really enjoy supporting this local business! I had to stop by the coffee shop after enjoying Pike St Press (I think the sister shop) the day before. I love me a good coffee and I got a lavender latte here. It was really tasty and I enjoyed the small seating area in the shop space next door. The whole place was very quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed that there were small items for purchase from the press location (cards, stickers, shirts, etc) at the coffee shop as well. read more

I ordered a hot chai and upon tasting it I asked the barista if I ordered a hot turmeric chai on accident as it was very strong. The barista then told me it was "high quality chai that you're not probably used to tasting". Instead of offering a solution to an unsatisfactory drink the barista simply said "okay" and walked away after I informed her the drink wasn't to my liking. Walked right out. Unwelcoming atmosphere, I'm not even sure an unhoused person would consume a hot chai from this place read more

Very mediocre tasting coffee at best. The cashier seemed very standoffish when I asked for just a hazelnut latte instead of the menu hazelnut mocha latte. It was pricier than Starbucks for smaller coffees. The place was spacious and has random stuff for sale but nothing that I would ever suggest is worth going in for. Not impressed. Pike Street Coffee is a new coffee shop somewhat tucked by the stairs between Pike Place Market and the Seattle Aquarium. It's setup is simple and clean with a whole wall of coffee-related merchandise. Their Americano was good, but the real winner was the Strawberry Rhubard Refresher. The Strawberry Rhubard Refresher is a real thirst quencher on a warm day. The prices are reasonable. There's limited indoor and outdoor seats, but a lot of people come and go so that's not a problem. With the outdoor seats, there's a good amount of people walking up and down the stairs during peak hours. For some, it's enjoyable, but others it may be distracting. Overall, great place for to-go coffee as you head over to the Aquarium or back to Pike Place Market. read more

Excellent customer service and delicious coffee and hot coco. We stumbled upon this spot walking from the waterfront to the market. I love that it's close enough to the market but outside of the hustle and bustle of Pike Street Market. We brought our two girls and they were comfortable with the stairs but use the elevators for families w strollers. read more

The coffee was good, but it really wasn't anything special. It was about as good as every coffee shack that you go past in Washington, only it was over double the price. The service was good given it was a stand and order establishment, and the resteraunt had a tourist shop vibe to it for sure. Overall, I think it was a good experience but I don't know if I would ever return. read more

It's aesthetically pleasing as you walk inside, clear menu of choices, wrapped baked goods, and diverse selection of product (coffee beans, stickers, mugs, cards, etc) to purchase from while walking the store. All seating is outside. Did not see a public restroom. Staff is friendly and has all alternative milks. Tried the Maple Lavender special latte - iced, and it was so interesting in flavor. It was a fun drink to have, starting with a sweet maple flavor on the first sip then a subtle lavender aftertaste. Delightful! Last, I noticed they're in need of graphic designers. I really liked this coffee shop!!! It was super bright aesthetic! They have a little area with cool thighs that they're selling from cards, to notebooks, to t-shirts, and more! The cashier was super friendly, but he was working all by himself :( it's not a place to do work because they only have stools. It's more of a sit and chat with one friend or a grab and go. I ordered the salted caramel latte (5/5) it had a perfect balance between coffee, sweetness, and milk. I could definitely taste the caramel. Yum! My boyfriend ordered the maple lavender latte with an extra shot (5/5). Wow, what a unique flavor. It was super yummy and I could definitely taste both the maple and the lavender! I was also amazed at the retail & residential transformation. Efiicient & well staffed. Bright transformation with merch and innovative beverages. Definitely a hub for the cafe laptop crowd and lively meetups. Decent music overhead. All the tables, counter, and shared seating were packed. So I took in the vibe seated on a bench by the entrance. I enjoyed my Hojicha Einspanner. It held up even in traffic driving through Madrona, CD, North CapHill, Montlake onward heading back north. Great spot in Madrona. Looking forward to their second spot in Ballard!

The staff was so sweet, drinks were ready quick, and the overall vibe of the cafe is perfect for relaxing and studying. I also love the selection of Asian goods and local artist-made stickers they have by the register (I got a totoro sticker)! I first tried the turon matcha which I thought was good but had a mild banana flavor. I was expecting more of a caramelized flavor but I still thought it was good. The next day, I ordered the matcha einspanner. Their housemade yoka whip was so yummy and added the perfect amount of sweetness to the matcha latte. Overall, the matcha here is smooth and both drinks weren't too sweet.

Most people have claimed this is the best matcha spot and it's easily up there among the top. Visited on a Friday morning just before rush hour. Lots of people were already seated working and a ton started lining up after us. Honestly surprised the wait hasn't died down more. Not sure what the cup sizes are, but there is a small and large. I'd guess small around 12oz and large around 16oz, but unsure because they like to use the shorter, stubbier cups. Price is steep. Oat milk still costs extra and is not priced in. Sweetness can't be lowered. Most matcha drinks have set sizes and no flexibility. Those are some of the main downsides. Beyond that, everything such as ambiance, coziness, third space vibes, and quality are upsides. Banana Pudding Matcha Latte - this drink is so good. Matcha super smooth, complementing the banana pudding with a soft texture. Matcha is a bit on the sweeter side and cannot be unsweetened, but caters to the general majority. Banana flavor elevates that sugar a bit more but not overly so. Definitely more of a dessert but also a hefty $11 price point. Strawberry Matcha Latte - while the matcha is again smooth, whisked well, and umami, the strawberry jam is nothing special. I personally see strawberry matcha as the older, safe choice for those who disliked the bitter or grassy tones of matcha. Similar idea here, which I think detracts from the quality of the matcha here. Would skip this for any of the other drinks.

I wish I had more time to sit around and do some work. I ordered the seasonal lavendar piper latte with oat milk. It's great that they don't charge extra for milk alternatives. I took a chance with the seasonal latte even though I don't typically like floral tastes and really enjoyed it! Also grabbed a bag of beans as a gift. Latte isn't cheap, but pretty standard price. Staff was also very friendly despite the line (which moved quickly).

I found it very delicious and light and refreshing. If you're looking for a Matcha, the Matcha flavor isn't very strong and it mostly tastes like an earl grey latte, but it is delicious and creamy. I ended up coming back and getting it again but with extra Matcha foam for additional Matcha flavor. Absolutely loved this drink. I also got a Matcha latte with black sesame cold foam. I've had a black sesame Matcha from somewhere else before, and the sesame flavor was very light, so that was what I was expecting, but was met with a very strong sesame flavor. I was not a huge fan as it felt overpowering and I couldn't taste the matcha. However, this is just a personal preference thing and if you like black sesame you should definitely try it! I'm not sure what much they used, but it didn't taste like the best quality, but it is still delicious and their drinks are all fun . The inside is small but and warm and cozy and they do have some seating. I was always able to find a spot. Super cute place with very sweet baristas.

During good weather days outside seating is available for the rare days the gods allow Seattle sun to shine down upon us. The espresso itself is mostly crema, really well done and not something I have found many places outside of Italy they definitely know what they are doing. Plenty of seating and places to work if you want to work there and they also sell pastries and take home items like beans, mugs, espresso cups etc. Definitely worth a visit if you are local in the Seattle area or visiting. Parking on broadway is a bit hit or miss but you can usually find a spot either on the main street or a nearby side street.

Every time I come here, there's a completely new set of baristas. This was my first time visiting…read morethis location on a Saturday, and while I understand it gets busy and there are a lot of tourists, that's not an excuse for rude or impatient service. I really miss the previous staff, who were warm, friendly, and made a point to greet each customer who walked in. The two employees working today a man and a woman came across as passive aggressive when handing out drinks, especially if someone didn't hear their drink being called or asked a question. It made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a local, I expect better consistency and customer care. For some reason, you get a much better experience both in service and quality at Victrola on 3rd & Pine in Capitol Hill & Pike. At this point, I don't plan on coming back to this location.
