Great hotel in downtown Toronto. Close to Union station, restaurants and offices. Room was spacious. Lamps by the bed were a tad dark so have to use the other various lamps around the room. Shower products were nice as well. My only issue was the TV - remote was extremely laggy, so hard to navigate.

So I booked a room here for one night to see the Boston Celtics play the Toronto Raptors. I was able to use Hilton points and get my room for free (recently renovated room). This was my third trip to Toronto and location was a significant variable and this Hilton checked the box. My youngest son and I arrived around 1:45 on a Friday and were quickly checked in. Everyone from front desk, valet, to bellhops were all extremely friendly. We were given a room that was recently renovated. Room was a nice size, clean, bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. We didn't use the pool but overall I thought the location was exceptional and would certainly stay here again. This is a great location with superior amenities. I'd stay here again in a second.

I stayed at this 1 King Bed bedroom hotel room during my recent Canada trip for 6 days (Monday-Saturday). The check in time is at 4pm, but I was able to leave my stuff with them hours before my check in time. The check out time is at 11am for everyone, so there was a lot of people when checking in and also checking out too. Later, I went back to the hotel around 4pm on a Monday to check in and there was a lot of other people checking in at that time since 4pm is the check in time. It was an easy process checking in to the hotel, using their elevators, and finding the room. Anyways, once I got inside the room, I noticed that it's an ok size room. It also has a small bathroom compared to other hotels I've stayed at and I wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. I did like how big the the TV was though and also liked how it came with a mini fridge and TWO areas to sit! One sitting area was a couch and the other was a rectangular ottoman in front of the TV where you can store stuff in. I also liked how clean the hotel room was. Other things about this hotel is that it has two pools and a gym too. They have an indoor pool and also a big outdoor pool. They also have an indoor gym which is across from the indoor room with the pool. I thought it's nice how there's more than one pool, but I did notice the indoor pool is smaller than the outdoor one. Ok enough about the positives about this hotel experience, there were also bad things I noticed too! The walls at this hotel are kind of thin. You can sometimes hear the people outside of your room because of how thin the walls are! I wish they would make the walls thicker or at least do something to prevent hearing noises from the hallway. I also didn't like how small the bathroom was since I'm used to hotels with bigger bathrooms. Overall, I'd still recommend staying at this hotel! The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, comes with a couch, a big TV, and also has a mini fridge! For me, having a mini fridge in a hotel room is very important, so I appreciated that. I wasn't a fan of how small the bathroom was, but I was still ok with it when I stayed there. We did have to call them to get a new body wash bottle too, but they were very fast at responding to our request even though they thought we'd have to wait the next day since we called at night. They are quick at responding and we got it within minutes after calling.

We had such a Wonderful stay at the Hilton Toronto. Amazing downtown location with good service and really comfy beds! Chose this hotel due to location and the Executive lounge over the other Hilton hotels in the city and it was the perfect choice. We also had great city views. I was excited that the Hotel offers some complementary currency exchange. Really convenient and nice service. They offer exchange for USD, British Pound, Euro, and Swiss Franc. No fees, but I believe it is just slightly lower rate. Only negatives, and this prevented the 5 stars, is that checkin was at 3pm. We did arrive early at 2:30pm but had to wait until 3:45pm before our room was ready. The other was our housekeeping was not done the next day in the am and I used the app to message and stopped by on the way to the pool around 4:00pm. I did not appreciate the tone and attitude of the front desk worker I spoke with in person. She was short, rude, and did not care to listen to me. Just cut me right off and wasn't a big deal and I scurried along to the pool. Kudos for housekeeping for taking care of it in an hour. We stayed in room 2510 which with a deluxe room with a king bed. Some slight carpet stains and wear but loved the room and didn't notice or hear any neighboring room. The overall stay was great. Loved the hotel and the additional service we received. It is a big hotel and was an extremely busy weekend so all in all, no major complaints and happy we stayed here. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel. It will be my "go to" anytime I am in town.

    - excellent hotel conveniently located near the 1 line to the airport and the central Toronto sign - very professional staff who are responsive on the app - rooms are clean, simple, and no thrills - gym is clean, well maintained, and has a good amount of machines - executive lounge is insanely large and spacious - WiFi is OK - it's in and out sometimes and could be faster on speed - executive lounge breakfast is good with hot eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, etc. a bit short staff upstairs sometimes but still a great spread overall Overall, excellent hotel and would stay again. Clean rooms, very good prices, and responsive staff. The elevator repairs at this time make the trek to your room a bit longer, but it's temporary. Would stay again!

The Best Businesses have a common denominator. Great service. My experience here started with an Upgrade to the Executive Floor because I am a Hilton Honors Diamond Member, and Thoughtful texts asking if I was happy or needed anything. A bonus when staying here is that the Tremendous Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is on the premises. Great city views, with spacious lobby. The Location is outstanding with many Downtown attractions within walking distance. Highly Recommend!!

Beautiful hotel in the center of downtown Toronto. Service was very accommodating. The lobby is huge and very comfortable. They do have a restaurant on sight, I didn't try it but the menu look appealing. As for the room, it was nice a spacious. I really enjoyed how clean the room was. I will not hesitate, to return again on my next trip to Toronto.

Probably a one and done for us. Pros- 1. Great location 2. Nice pool for summer months 3. Several on-site restaurants Cons - 1. Staff wasn't very welcoming 2. Multiple billing errors upon check out that proved to be difficult to correct 3. Room wasn't very clean upon check-in (crumbs all over night stand from previous guest's breakfast) 4. Poor water pressure in shower

Half of the pool is inside half outside on the 2nd floor.

Staff were very friendly and responsive throughout my stay. I was upgraded to a one bedroom which was welcomed. The room was large and comfortable. Better than the family's last stay in SoCal. The only room issue i had was the location of the in room safe. It was on the top shelf of the closet and the closet door blocked the safe door from opening fully. The other issue was 1 out of 3 elevators was offline the entire stay. It did make the waits a little longer. On the second floor was a very small gym but it did have a multifunction weight gym and cardio equipment. A water dispenser was located here. The heated indoor pool and spa was in the room next door. Breakfast was decent with a rotating menu over my stay. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, pork or turkey sausages, egg bites, seasoned potatoes, etc were some of the hot offerings. Cereals, breads and prepackaged yogurts were some of the cold items. They had both regular and oat milk which was nice. One note was that you have to provide your name and room before being admitted. There was a good amount of seating and was never crowded. In the evening the bar was open. Would come back and stay here again.

They especially enjoyed looking out the large window at the convention center, CN Tower and Lake Ontario. It was also nice having the extra (1.5) bathroom. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on and the housekeeping staff was almost invisible (a good thing). Since we got club level, it was convenient to grab food and snacks in the club lounge. Quite kid friendly, although with toddlers we were a bit self-conscious of our kids being too loud and messy. You can imagine my terror when my 18 month old threw a cup of milk on the lounge carpet. Luckily, the lounge staff is wonderful and welcoming and were very understanding of this mishap. The pool is very nice and heated. A little less picturesque than the St. Regis pool (which is located on a high floor) and smaller than the Shangri-La pool but still very nice. There are other amenities that are good for kids such as a free treasure hunt, complete with a prize at the end. Ritz Kids also has other paid activities that we did not do like baking classes, in-room camping, movie nights and family picnics. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, train museum and Rogers Centre. Most of these venues are within 10 minutes walking distance. I think it is also near the underground PATH, that connects many of Toronto's downtown buildings so you can avoid walking outside if so desired. Overall a great luxurious and family friendly hotel in downtown Toronto. Great for families visiting harborfront, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium or Rogers Center. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated. The staff is very helpful and patient. The rooms are nice, but you can tell they need just a little bit of upkeep. The price is pretty on point with the central location and the quality of the hotel. I did find a few things that I think could be improved. The hotel rooms are starting to show their age. I had a room that had a cracked mirror and a cracked sink. My remote control was sticky for some reason... The most annoying part was that I couldn't adjust the thermostat. There's a thermostat in the room, but no matter how I changed it, the temperature never seemed to change. I had to talk to the staff to ask them about adjusting the AC, and they made it sound like they had to adjust it. I don't think I've ever had a hotel room that needed someone else to adjust the AC temp, maybe my thermostat was just broken. All in all a pretty good stay. The bathroom lights were located on the outside of the bathroom which is stupid, there was only one hook in the bathroom for towels, no hand towels, a scale that did not work, and no vanity space. The room is only equipped with three drawers in an armoire and massive tv that only displayed about 40 in of actual screen. The bar, Mister C, located off the lobby is also chic but over priced bar. The bouncer was not the nicest to the hotel guests even though I was sitting outside drinking water, he was convinced I was have an alcoholic beverage and went off about how they would get fines. I don't care. I'm drinking water? The club can get pretty busy and there is also a busy club on the rooftop, so if you're trying to get to your room at night, you're waiting for the elevator for a long time. When I called the main desk to ask why our room has not been cleaned, he said they should be coming soon. I've never stayed at a hotel that cleaned so late in the day. Rooms were very, very quiet, and we barely heard a peep in the hall or doors slamming. No loud steps or jumping from the rooms above us. Lobby was inviting, clean and fancy. Restaurant and washrooms below (you can take stairs or elevator down) Some food options close by (Starbucks attached to the building, Tahinis across the street, and Wendy's down the street). Bulk Barn and Shoppers Drug Mart just down the street for snacks/essentials.
