My Mom had called around to see where we could get a shuttle to the airport before booking. She was also told we would receive complimentary breakfast, that was not true either. She was told and it's also on the website that they offer a shuttle. Even when you scan their QR code inside the room it's part of hotel services. We were told by the man at the front desk that they are the only ones that don't offer a shuttle, only to people who work for the airlines. Our Keurig didn't work either. False advertising is frowned upon Hilton family, do better.

This folded towel by Jessie I thought was the cutest. It looked like it was waving us.

We chose a king suit and our room was impressively large, with ample space in both rooms. The extra 1/4 bathroom in the main room was very nice. The huge bathroom in the bedroom made it feel like we were home. First hotel I've been to where we had enough bath towels (great job) and didn't have to request additional towels. What made it extra special was having Jesse as our housekeeper. She made our room not just clean, but extra special due to her art of folding towels. So cute, and added to that the little drawing she added personalized our stay.

Such a wonderful week long stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Many of the hotels are actually on the same lot as one another. So one side you have the Marriott Courtyard, in front you have Comfort Inn. Really nice. Many of eateries are near one another, and within walking distance. The hotel provides toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving foam, razor and a comb if you forgot those. They have a gym, washing machines, ice machines and a indoor pool. The staff are so friendly and nice. They also have a mini store where you can get medicine, food, charger cords and other stuff. Very clean and sanitary, and can't stop mentioning how nice everyone is. The complimentary breakfast is amazing, plentiful, and has a made to order pancake machine. Love it!!! I really love this hotel and so does my family. Can't wait to come back.

We are here for the night on our way to Seattle. Front Desk lady was awesome. The food menu was not like their website menu, so we ordered from Uber Eats instead. Red Robin was yum. Room was kind of clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor, yuck. I have short hair, it was about 6" long snd more. While sitting on the bed, watching TV, just sitting, headboard makes popping noises, annoying. I turned around, headboard is sooooo dusty. Ugghh. I Could run my finger thru the dust. Yuck, my head was on it all night. Its not as clean as they say it is. Staff is really nice. Room #407

I give this Hilton 5 stars today because I stay in a lot of Hilton properties and see a lot of mediocrity, especially since COVID. I have heard lots of excuses and seen lots of tired properties where owners/managers fall way short. Management at this hotel is awake. awake. The place was clean, the staff friendly. Thank you management and staff for reasonable service without excuses. Ashley did a great job on the front counter FYI.

Kate at the front desk checked me in and she remembered my name and I appreciated her hospitality and welcome. I don't always get to do the breakfast but this visit I was so happy to enjoy an incredible spread of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, English muffin, breakfast danish, you can make your own waffles, and there is oatmeal with almonds and cranberries and brown sugar. Orange juice and coffee are standard and they have a breakfast kombucha if you want something a little healthier and probiotic. They also have a happy hour with regional wine, bubbles, and local beer for really reasonable prices if you just need a refresher after getting back to the hotel. The location is unbeatable with just a couple of blocks to excellent places to eat downtown like The Davis, and the Eugene Public Library nearby.

The Saturday Market, Lion & Owl, VooDoo Donuts, Metro Cinema, Oregon Contemporary Theater, etc. I love that the room has hardwood flooring rather than some old tired carpeting. And that the ceiling - and some walls - have real wood paneling (not the kind in basements in the '70's). The breakfasts that are included and are generous - fresh fruit, bacon/sausage, eggs, fried potatoes, waffle bar, danishes, etc. The front desk is staffed 24/7. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and again, location, location, location!

Had brand new fresh smell upon entering, no outdated or worn furniture, and bed/bed linen top notch. I would have given this hotel a 5/5 had it not been for the breakfast- Breakfast food tasted a little bland and not a wide selection for items.Flavor wise, I would compare it to something you'd get from a hospital (3/5 stars). Noise level-5/5. No noise at all on 3rd floor! Pool/spa area: 3.5/5. Would have been a 5 except hot tub felt luke-warm and jets were not real powerful. Front desk: 0/5 for woman working during the day hr shift. My husband said he overheard her speaking to a guest of how she likes to pick up the phone-not answering, and then hanging up on the customer-She explained that she does this because she feels that if a customer needs something so bad, that they can get up and walk to her desk and ask. I will be contacting corporate on her behavior for that. I'm not going to give this motel anything lower than a 4 based on on one staff member because I am basing this score off of the hotel, itself.

Trucks that park in the rear lot are only a short distance from family homes. Despite repeated letters, phone calls, and in-person requests, the hotel has not addressed this ongoing problem. Engines are routinely left idling for extended periods, creating constant noise, diesel exhaust, and pollution that make it difficult for nearby residents to rest or sleep. Oregon law prohibits commercial motor vehicles from idling for more than five minutes within any continuous 60-minute period, except under specific exemptions, however those exemptions are only for temperature control and not to exceed 4 hours. Excessive engine noise violates local noise and pollution ordinances, this is a fact. If you choose to idle your truck in the rear lot, nearby residents will report the violation to law enforcement for investigation which can result in fines and for you to shut off your truck. If you are a truck driver looking for a place to stay, please consider a location that is not immediately adjacent to a residential neighborhood. Respecting the people who live nearby helps everyone.

Unfortunately, my experience this evening was particularly unsatisfactory. I extended my stay by an additional day and went out this morning at 8:00 AM. I left a sign on the door requesting housekeeping services, such as fresh towels, bed making, and trash removal. I returned intermittently throughout the day from visiting a family member at the hospital, but these requests had not been fulfilled. At approximately 5:30 PM, I returned to my room expecting the services to be completed, but they had not been. I contacted the front desk, where I was informed that the housekeeping staff had finished for the day. I also inquired about the signs I had left, which were printed in English--however, I was told that the house keeping is only Spanish. As I understand, staff members should be trained to recognize and understand these signs regardless of language, to ensure guest requests are properly handled. When I discussed this with the front desk, they mentioned that the only assistance they could provide was towels, which would require me to leave the room and obtain them myself, as no housekeeping was available. I then carefully placed the trash in the designated cleaning areas which was still open and decided to depart for the evening. The front desk stated they could provide me with an email address for customer service to file a formal complaint and mentioned that they could inform a supervisor, but there was no guarantee of resolution. I intend to submit a formal complaint regarding the language barrier and the lack of understanding of housekeeping signage. I believe it is important that staff are properly trained so they can address guest requests effectively. Additionally, Saturday morning was also frustrating. The breakfast service did not open until shortly after the scheduled time, and the attendant managing the breakfast buffet was quite unpleasant, displaying aggressive behavior such as pushing chairs as if she was truly pussed off and without regard for the setup. The breakfast offerings were incomplete at the opening, with no bread, carbs, or pancake batter available, which was disappointing. On a positive note, I appreciated that the laundry facilities included at least one washer and dryer, which were affordable and in good working condition. The availability of laundry detergent at the front desk was also convenient. However, the coffee machines--offering mochas, espressos, and lattes--have been broken since our arrival, possibly even before, and it does not appear there are plans to repair them before the weekend. Overall, I am disappointed with this renovated property. It does not seem to meet the standards expected of a Best Western Plus hotel. As a member at the Diamond or Gold level, I believe all guests should receive consistent and quality service, and I am concerned that this has not been the case during my stay.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff member who greeted us was genuinely pleasant and cool, giving us some extra water and few green bags of goodies (returned the next day), promising to wave the parking fee. That's where the positives ended. After a long drive, we dropped our bags in da rooms and went out for a dinner without inspecting our rooms a bit closely. When we returned later that night and checked the beds with a UV light, we were shocked to find stains on both beds. It was darn disturbing (photos attached)! We went down to the front desk to report it. The night staff told us there was no one available to change the linens and no other rooms available to change at full occupancy. Instead, we were handed a set of sheets and sent back to deal with it ourselves. After 10 PM, exhausted, we had no real choice but to accept it. In the morning, we raised the issue again with the new front desk rep. The replacement sheets were not much better, and despite our complaint, the response was limited to verbal apologies only. We were still charged full price for the night, plus a $20 parking fee for overfilled parking lot that's essentially had open access from the street. This is not the level of cleanliness or service expected from a Hyatt. Do your due diligence and do not assume standards are being met. Check your room carefully before settling in. Breakfast on the other hand was great! Variety of eggs, milks and healthy choices beat other Hyatt locations we stated at the next day in Portland. Loved it, and that what basically got the stars.

Overall, good experience. Great location near a mall and Trader Joe's. Convenient (though not…read morefree) parking. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good and they had vegetarian sausage and bacon which I have never seen in a complimentary hotel breakfast! Only complaint is that when I didn't want my room cleaned, they put a weird note on my door and came in anyway. The gal at the front desk had bi idea what I was talking about and wasn't aware of the policy to enter even when the guest does not want anyone to enter.
