This place is certified i would definitely recommend staying here or visiting ther rooftop they have an amazing view from the top and offer a great selection of food and drinks. Everything was 10/10 and would definitely recommend there staff and management team. Are the reason this place is a must visit I'll be back soon

I think this place is brand new, it looks like it. It is pretty and ever so clean. We were here on business and could not have been happier. Check in and out was easy. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the lobby, it is modern and comfortable. It did take about 20 minutes for our room to be ready and that never pleases me, but it was okay and the staff was nice. They had a large balcony for us and we loved it. I think the place is near the race track, I think that is what I saw out our window. One staff member Deilah was especially sweet to us. We always appreciate kindness. The room was quiet and just very comfortable. We will be back someday, Have fun. Oh, and they have a rooftop bar. It was too cold for us so we did not go, but it is pretty.

Enjoyed the stay here for one night. Their rooftop bar was a full bar with average food, view wasn't anything to rave about. The king junior suite was nice and could easily fit 4 (sofa bed) with a slight divider for privacy. Bathroom was huge. Rooftop bar food was average. The burger left a decent impression, tasty and had nice contrast of flavors. In summary, stay was nice and facilities were new. Overall was enjoyable.

This place is new that in itself should be a reason to visit but there's more we've had events here and they have provided impeccable service that bestows the Hilton name and the rooms are new course they are nice the highlight of this property is the Rooftop restaurant where you can have small bites and drinks especially perfect for viewing sunset and a view of the racetrack in a beautiful city of Arcadia

Came here for dinner at the roof top bar. Service was attentive and food was great, even for a big party of 14. The grilled octopus is delish and I had the taco and it's nice with a glass of red.

First time staying here and apparently the hotel has only been opened for three months prior, so to my benefit I probably was the first to stay in the room. Let me just start off with the customer service which was exceptional from the moment we stepped in. We were greeted by almost every employee there. It felt like we were at Disneyland because everyone was happy and friendly, which set the positive vibe. Guest service was top tier!! The hotel itself was a little small but very clean and upscale, beautiful ambiance. A decent size pool, but no jacuzzi. The room was very spacious and had all the common amenities. The bed was also super comfy. We visited the rooftop bar which had a very nice view, good drinks. I wasn't a fan of the food though, which was okay. Wouldn't suggest eating at the rooftop bar. However, I do insist trying the restaurant. The restaurant was by far an experience, you definitely have to try the pasta. The chef literally came out and did the cheese wheel and cooked it right in front of us. Amazing to see and taste. Just the craftsmanship that was put into it, totally worth it. A meal for two!! Overall experience was a 10/10 we will definitely be coming back whenever we hit the horse track across the street again. Thank you Hilton Arcadia for making our trip worthwhile and for the hospitality!!

    Banquet room

Came here for a banquet so this review is just for the banquet hall. This is a brand new hotel in the area so it looked great inside. Clean and modern. I loved all the orchids, my favorite flower. The site says they charge for parking but the lot and structure were both open without any ticket or card machine so I'm unsure how they would even enforce that but our event did say parking was complimentary for that night so who knows. The banquet hall was spacious and beautiful. Plenty of space on the outside hallway for photo booths and the outside patio is nearby and so are the bathrooms which is great when your heels are killing you. Now onto the bad, the food and the service. The hors d'oeuvres were mediocre but what's weirder was the service. They were set at a station with a waiter standing there but they didn't serve anything nor were there plates. Honestly, these should have been served trépassé. The bad service and food didn't stop at the hors d'oeuvres though. The salads were preset out at each table setting and they all had cheese despite letting them know about my dairy allergy and a place card in front of me stating so. I had to waive down a server who had to confirm with another server before they brought out a plate of just lettuce and oil, not even a vinaigrette or anything. Then when it was time for dinner service they never cleared my salad plate despite it having trash on it and everyone else at my table getting their dinners. When I finally got mine, it was the same dry chicken as everyone else with the mashed potatoes which I'm sure had dairy in it. Then we had pound cake for dessert which was dry and someone at our table had literally two small slices of poundcake just thrown together on a plate so it looked awful. On top of that and the poundcake being dry, it was also topped with whipped cream which of course has dairy in it too. Good thing my allergy is mild and so I just took a pill and scraped off what I could. But honestly I wouldn't trust this place if you had a severe allergy. You'll either have a reaction or not eat. My water glass was constantly empty also. Long story short, the venue is pretty and new but the food is awful and the service even more so.

    View of Santa Anita

Our new favorite staycation getaway. This is a very nice hotel with great amenities, including a rooftop bar with views of Santa Anita, a great pool area, the classic 19seventy restaurant on the first floor, which serves great cuisine at a very good price, and a friendly and accommodating staff. Kelly at the front desk was very professional and really made us feel appreciated. The best hotel in the area and a must for racing fans.

You can go there for business and/or pleasure. I didn't have a reservation and walked in w/out one. Christopher at the front desk said that they had few rooms available and he can check me in right away. Had to run to the restroom in their lovely lobby very fast before taking care of business. Let's not forget that they welcome you with 2 warm, fresh Chocolate Chip cookies. I had to meet up with a client to discuss her wedding plans so that was the main reason that I was there this past weekend. February 28th, & March 1st. Checked out on the 2nd of March. Walked in to my room on the 7th floor #708 & later was moved to #718. I was planning to give this hotel 4 stars based on what happened in the 1st room, but since everything else went flawlessly from the restaurant, to the pool, jacuzzi, shower, etc... I will give them 5 solid stars for the employees going above & beyond for your comfort. They genuinely cared for your stay and the hospitality was just FANTASTIC in every way, on every level!!! Everybody was very helpful, nice, and caring. Both rooms that I stayed in were SUPER CLEAN, comfortable bed, sheets, towels, were crisp, and clean too. Pillows were also comfortable. Not too soft & not too firm. I had a minor or I should say a big hiccup the 1st room that I had stayed. Around 3:15am I hear this ugly, loud noise/sound coming from the bathroom. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and was keeping me awake. Plumbing problem with the toilet. Called the front desk and Simon who was working the graveyard shift refused to come up to check it out. Instead he sent the security guard by the name of William. That was not William's job. He somehow came to figure out what seemed to be the problem and long story short he helped me move my stuff to the next room down the hall. Both rooms had the following amenities:gym, meeting rooms, pool, with 4 cabanas, small store that had snacks, bottled drinks, cookies and other handy stuff. Restaurant, bar, small fridge, microwave, a safe, big closet with lots of drawers, blow dryer, shower, TV, phone, an iron, etc.. At the time of the checkout, I brought the problem that I had with the toilet and Laura, one of their managers went down on the price which was a very nice gesture coming from her. Also, I used my AAA discount towards my room. AAA always comes very handy! Ate at the restaurant twice during my stay and that's all I can say about this lovely, beautiful, comfortable hotel. Special thanks to Jaydon, the server that I had in the restaurant, gave me an exceptional service! William, the security guard, and the rest of the staff who helped me! Will definitely return next time I need some ME time or if it's work related. There are a lot of nice close by eateries all around. Has a HUGE parking lot, multiple restrooms in the lobby. Very clean, and that's all I can say for now. Thank you all!:-)

There is a huge communication gap between front desk and house keeping team. First the room was not ready by 6:30pm, have to wait over 30 minutes to get our room. Second, bed time comes, we found out there is no blanks for the pull out sofa bed. And when requested, it never came. First call front desk to request, second request at front desk, and then third request at front desk again. Then the on duty manager just says house keeping team is busy. This already 40 minutes later, close to 10pm. we can not sleep or rest. When I told manager that they should at least give realistic time estimate for house keeping team to deliver blanks, the manager just says ok, next time I will say two hours. Very rude and trying to put the blame on guest. The blanks only arrived when I told manager I will start live stream what kind guest service they provide now. In the elevator, another dad/son guest pair told me their request of blanks never came as well, and they have being wait for a long time. The worst service and attitude never had at ANY hotels. By the way. The beds in the room are starting sagging and makes you back hurt now. This place is going down hill. Too bad it was just still a perfect LA hotel spot we always stay even last year. Wil have to change spot next time. Can't risk pay for your room and then can't get by 6pm, and once you are in you can't sleep and gets locked by the front desk manager for just requesting a blank. I don't know if he is aware of the benefits of Triple A or not, but didn't accept my card. Moving forward with the rest. I was staying here on the 28th of May and checked out on the 31st of May. Needed to get away from my crazy ass neighbors and it was also work related. Victor was helpful in some areas. I told him that I need a room that is quiet, and he suggested 9th floor room #913. Walked into the room and everything was just super comfortable. My window was facing the beautiful mountains. Had way too many restaurants within walking distance. Amenities are: big TV that actually had my name on it, welcoming me into the hotel, mini fridge, I asked for a microwave(upon request), and by the time I came back from dinner, the microwave was already there. King size bed, standard size couch with a small round table and a leg rest. Big closet along with lots of drawers, and iron/ironing board, a laundry facility on the 2nd floor, the Bistro restaurant that kind of had weird hours. I'll get to that in a minute. Had a coffee machine with all the belongings that comes with it, gym(open 24/7),restrooms all around. Inside the lobby, around the pool and jacuzzi area, had a mini market with a lot of late night snacks from Ramen, Chips, Cookies, Frozen Food, Beverages and also a microwave for their guests. It had a Banquet hall and also a couple of meeting rooms. The entire hotel along with the lobbies, were super clean. Had a blow dryer, clean, crisp towels in the bathroom and the cutest shower curtain that I have ever seen inside a hotel's restroom. It looked like a bridal dress from the 50's 60's era. That cute. Presure of the water was not that good. Understandable, they are conserving water. Restaurant was fairly a large size with great people working there with FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY. They also had a small menu to choose from. Had breakfast and dinner.Ate there twice. Great, affordable prices. Also for Starbucks lovers, they have coffee. They don't have room service which was ok with me, you place your order on your app, or on the phone, go downstairs and pick it up. Special thanks to Meg, one of the most cheerful, upbeat, full of love and energy who works in the restaurant. Rosie was nice too. Bed, pillows, sheets were very comfortable.A/C was working perfectly. They also had a desk and a chair. Tried both their unique pools, and the jacuzzi. Both very clean and everything was SUBLIME!!! I checked in after 10 PM and checked out before 10 AM--I simply needed a place to rest after a seven-hour drive and to shower and prepare for the service. After returning home, I reviewed my charges and noticed an additional $5.00 fee on top of the room rate. When I called the front desk to inquire, I was told the charge was for water in the room. I explained that I did not use the water and that it was still there when I checked out. I also shared that I have a photo, as I make it a habit to record a video of the room upon departure for my records. I was then asked to provide a photo with a clearly visible date and time stamp so it could be forwarded to a manager for review. Given the amount of money I have spent with Hilton, it is disappointing to feel as though my honesty is being questioned over such a minor charge. This is not about the $5.00--it is about the principle. I am being charged for something I did not use. If that level of proof is required from guests, it would only be fair for the hotel to provide similar documentation showing the item was missing upon my departure. That expectation would clearly be unreasonable, which is exactly my point. I was told a manager would contact me directly, but I have not received any follow-up. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service, accountability, and respect shown in this situation. The hotel is in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences, all within a nice neighborhood. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the free on-site parking, included breakfast, stable internet connection, good TV service, and the availability of several wheelchair-accessible rooms. The hotel also offers a small outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and the guest laundry facilities are reasonably priced at $2 per wash or dry cycle. My king room was generally clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I especially loved the blackout window shade, which completely darkened the room for a great night's sleep. While I opted out of housekeeping service, it was a pleasant surprise to return to my room and find a full bag of fresh towels waiting at my door. The linens were clean, although they lacked that crisp, freshly laundered feel and scent found in some hotels. The room itself was a bit cramped but perfectly adequate for one or two people. The desk area is adequate for working. Tiny bar sink, minimal coffee service, fridge and counter top in the room are helpful. There are, however, some areas that could benefit from improvement. The rooms are beginning to show their age, and replacing the carpeting with hard-surface flooring would likely improve both appearance and cleanliness. The shower grout was noticeably stained, both bathroom faucets were somewhat difficult to operate and leaked (water is hot, but low pressure), and there were not enough conveniently located electrical outlets for today's travelers. The in-room air conditioning unit was effective but quite loud when running. Parking can become a significant challenge when the hotel is busy, and because of the nearby freeway and neighboring hotels, noise from loud vehicles and motorcycles can sometimes be heard, particularly during the evening hours. The outdoor pool is small, and the clarity was just OK. I was still able to get a cool off session. Jacuzzi was out of service. The hotel gym is average, with minimal equipment. The endless drinking water dispenser was appreciated to refill our water bottles in this hot climate. The included breakfast was adequate but fairly basic, typically consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, bread and bagels, yogurt, milk, bananas, apples, juice, and mediocre coffee. Disappointing that was that breakfast was frequently not fully set up on time, resulting in our missing breakfast on the way out for our work day. Overall, this hotel offers good value, a convenient location, comfortable beds, and friendly service. While some updates and maintenance improvements would enhance the guest experience, I would consider other locations to try first.

When I pulled out the sofa bed, it still had dirty sheets on it and was filled with crumbs, dirt, and more human hair. We also found roaches and spiders in the room. The stovetop and exhaust hood were dirty and showed signs of rust. The condition of the property outside the room wasn't much better. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and sections of the hallway carpet were wet. The complimentary grab-and-go breakfast area was dirty and had run out of coffee. The staff members I interacted with were friendly, but the front desk was often unattended when assistance was needed. The key cards were also difficult to use on the common area doors. The laundry room was out of order during our stay. I also paid the additional $5.99 for the enhanced internet service, but it stopped working several times throughout the day, making it unreliable. Overall, we only stayed two days. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, maintenance, and reliability of the amenities fell well below expectations. Based on this experience, I don't see us returning to this Extended Stay America location.
