You would not have known trees came down once the job was done. Cleaned up the entire backyard and hauled it all away. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate a man of his word, Walter is a solid guy and I would recommend him to anyone I know or didn't know. I had Four trees taken down in a backyard the size of a postage stamp on a hill that made this a challenging job. I know that because every other company complained about it all before I selected a company to go with. Beginning to the end of the job Walter and Team are top tier talent and you should feel safe with them performing the work you need done. Salute!

They handled a masonry repair for us previously, and this spring they leveled and reseeded our lawn. Within weeks of completion, the lawn was failing across the entire yard. Large dead and bare patches everywhere, as shown in the photos. The lawn is watered by a professionally installed irrigation system that runs on schedule and works perfectly, so this is not a watering issue. This is a problem with the installation itself. When we asked Gerrior to correct their work, they refused to do it under warranty and said they would only fix it if we paid again for time and materials. We paid six figures for a lawn that died in weeks, and the company will not stand behind its own work. As of today, nothing has been repaired. I will update this review if Gerrior makes this right.

He listened to my needs and concerns, and his guys did a great job. Other companies came to do bids and tried to take advantage of me - thinking I was an easy target (youngish woman homeowner in an expensive house). Steven did not. I'm very price conscious and he worked within my budget. Four years later, everything looks as good as the day they did the install. High recommend (from a fussy customer).

A large portion of my yard in Somerville has been all dirt for a year and I was hoping to finally have a lawn this summer. Steves crew came by on Friday at 8:45am to get the job done. I was so happy that they came earlier than scheduled!! They were prepared and curteous and ready to work! because it gave me the rest of the day to take care of other things I needed to do. Steves crew prepped my soil and then began the hydroseeding process. They did a very thorough job and completely covered the lawn without missing any spots. They even sprayed a little extra hydroseed for me on some yellow spots and other small parts that needed some recovery at no extra fee. The price was extremely reasonable and very fair. The work was through, detailed, and they stopped to ask in between seeding to see if I was happy with their work and if there was anything else. I felt like their only customer because the attention and service was so amazing! I'm looking forward to a beautiful and lush lawn and will update my review when it grows:) Thanks so much for the amazing hydroseed and service. I will be hiring you again soon!!

Crugnale was the second least expensive quote we got, but seemed to be the most professional and had the best customer service. When we first talked about the job with Crugnale they were very friendly and outlined different options. They did not push us to do something more expensive, but gave the cost of each option and a description of the pros and cons of those options. This was the key point that made us choose them: they seemed like they wanted to help us get the lawn we wanted giving us all the options instead of like they wanted to just get as much money from us as possible. They did the work very quickly. We had many questions along the way about our new grass and Mike and Chris were always very helpful and responsive. They even came by to check on how the grass looked to give us feedback on the maintenance. If I had another landscaping project, I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for work. I'll try to upload pictures of before and after shots.

Jeremias was quite knowledgeable and suggested replacing part of our asphalt driveway with permeable pavers to add a natural drainage solution, not reliant on sump pumps or hoses and motors which already showed their limitations. His crew also built up a berm along our property, which not only acted as a way to hold back potential water flow but also dressed up our property line with additional shrubs and trees. These guys really knew what they were doing - the pavers came out beautiful, Jeremias himself was regularly on site and was constantly in communication throughout the job to update the process. We've since reached out about additional projects on our property.

Within weeks it never fully took, I texted Rony and he told me "be patient". The sod barely ever took, what did take died off quickly.
