Initially the yard, with fresh sod and new paver patio looked good, until it didn't. We babied the sod; watered it, didn't step on it, watched it like a hawk. Within weeks it never fully took, I texted Rony and he told me "be patient". The sod barely ever took, what did take died off quickly. As "experts" they knew the shade conditions, the knew the location of the yard and it's clear they picked all of the wrong products to install. Our yard is a pit of mud now. We have ruined carpets and furniture with our dogs bringing in the mud. The yard looks terrible, we literally cry over it. We now have to spend money we don't have to try and fix it. ****UPDATE**** The owner texted saying we are full of sh*t and then called. He told us if we didn't let him on the property to inspect that he would see us in court because of this review. We already lost well over 17,000 and now he wants to sue us because we won't let him trespass.
