Mark just helped us remove a couple dead trees, some branch pruning, and a good area of "jungle cleaning" in our backyard. My wife and I cannot say enough how satisfied we are with his service. His price is pretty competitive after getting quotes from other three tree service providers. During the quoting process, he takes time to explain how his approach would be. Working with Mark and his crew was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have had dealing with any service people. I had a contract with a previous company that after 2-1/2 months decided they would have to raise the price of the project (1 huge, very old, very dead tree). Nardone Tree Service had been recommended to me by my son who had previously used their services. Mark came out the next day to give me a quote for the big tree and suggested that we also have the other 2 trees removed as they too were dead. They started the work the next day. The job was difficult because there was a patio enclosure very close to the trees. They protected the enclosure with no problem. They were always on time (it took them 3 days to do the job), very pleasant to deal with and their cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend Mark Nardone!! I can't say enough good things about him! We had several large branches fall from our trees overnight from the weight of the snow during the last snowstorm. We didn't know who to call. My uncle gave us Mark's name and phone number. We called Mark the next day, and he came right over and cleared away all those branches. He also trimmed our trees beautifully and his prices are so reasonable. I can't believe all the work he did for us for such a reasonable amount of money. Another company would have charged much more and wouldn't have done as good a job as Mark, done as much work as Mark did. Our trees have never looked so good. He cleaned up the entire front of the house, you would never know he was here! The only tree service you should call is Mark Nardone. You will be so happy you did. Mark Nardone Tree Service is the best around! I really cannot say enough good things about Mark and his guys. Two years ago I had just bought a house in Waltham that needed new overhead electric service brought in from the pole on the street. Had to have this done for insurance purposes 1st, then have a gigantic tree taken down that extended over the new electrical line and the house. This was located in a very inaccessible spot on the property. Meeting Mark, we had a good laugh about having an electric line just installed, right in his way, the week before. He & his guys very carefully took down this tree around the electric line and our house. We also had many other large branches hanging over our house that were taken down. I would definitely recommend Nardone Tree Service. Mark and his team recently trimmed a number of large oak trees on my property. Prior to performing the work Mark stopped by my home and scoped out the project and gave me an estimate that day. Mark's quote was fair and considerably lower than those I had received from other tree service companies. I ended up contacting Mark a few days later and told him I was interested in the his services. On the day the work was done Mark thoughtfully contacted me while I was at work and asked if I would like any of the trimmed branches cut into firewood for our fire place and asked what size pieces I would prefer having the wood cut into. I called Nardone Tree to get a price to remove a large maple tree that was over hanging our house. Mark answered the phone and came to the house the same day to give me a quote. I scheduled the job in the next few days, and he showed up on time and went to work. On the day of the job my neighbor asked if they could have some wood for their fireplace. The crew cut the wood and hand carried it to their backyard. It was very nice of the crew to do that, and my neighbor was thrilled to get the wood. The tree came down without any issues, and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning the debris. Mark is a very friendly and honest person, and his crew is great. We have hired Nardone Tree Service several times in the past, and have always been very satisfied with their hard work, professionalism, and friendliness. Recently we needed to have a few trees trimmed in our front and side yard. Their bid was competitive (and we got several bids from different services for doing the same work), but knew first hand their work so we went with them. As usual, they showed up early, got right to work, and did a fantastic job! The trees have never looked better! To top it off they even offered to help us reattach the tire swing, which had to be removed for the trimming. All in all, we have had Nardone come to our property several times, and we would only do that if we were very satisfied with the work product and enjoyed working with him! Mark and his team recently did some work for us, and they were great. We had a couple of very large trees with branches that were growing too close to the house and a few that were touching the power lines. The job required a combination of going up in the cherry picker for some branches and having one of his guys climb up into the tree for other branches. While they were up there, they also cleared out a lot of the dead branches, so the trees look much better. Mark and his team were very neat as well, as they ensured that they picked up all of the branches and sticks that had fallen, ran everything through the wood chipper, and took the wood chips with them. I called Nardone Tree Service on a Saturday afternoon. After a pleasant talk with Mark, who came down from a tree to speak with me, he promised to give me a quote on removing a very large dying maple tree at least 70'. He came on Monday and his quote was significantly less than the other quotes and I hired him on the spot. He came out on Wednesday and took down the tree. He cut it down without bringing in a truck down my narrow driveway and he stacked the wood neatly in my backyard for fire wood. The work was clean, well priced, and he is a dog lover so he was accepting of the surprises that come with a dog's backyard! They removed lots of dead branches from my giant trees, were very careful where they dropped them to avoid any damage to my property or that of my neighbors and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. Nardone Tree Service did a great job cutting our tree. Mark Nardone came by to give us a quote which I thought was fair compared to the competitors and he clearly knew what he was doing. He cut the tree in logs so I also have some firewood for the winter! We have utilities in the ground and Mark Nardone was very conscious about them and made sure not to break anything by placing thick mats to distribute the weight of his truck. Mark Nardone responded immediately to my initial call and quoted a very fair price to remove a dead pine tree at the edge of the lot. He gave me advanced notice of when the job would be done. He and his very competent crew arrived on schedule and got to work immediately. He clearly gets along with his men, and they he. Mark and his team did a phenomenal job taking down a very large tree that was beginning to touch my roof. He was quick to respond when we asked for a quote and showed up exactly when he said he would. Him and his team worked efficiently and did a great job. What really impressed me though, was the clean up they did. Every branch and stump was disposed of and they were out with blowers making sure all the saw dust was removed.
