The…read moreperson scheduled for the quote came in on time and seemed capable of answering most of my questions. I did end up going with another local company for two reasons: 1. Their quote came in a little above $4000 higher for the same work. 2. The other local company seemed more knowledgeable about Roofing and skylights, especially when it came down to the nuts and bolts of whether I needed to replace my skylights or not and some of the details about the trim. They could be a fine company to go with, for me weren't the right option.

US Siding & Roofing, led by owner Diogenes (or "G"), completed a significant project involving the…read morereplacement of multiple roofs on our mid-60's mid-century modern home, along with the installation of 9 skylights and several windows. Before starting this project, we must have interviewed half a dozen different contractors, and G stood out due to his extensive experience in the trades and his personality. He demonstrated a strong knowledge base and communicated frankly and earnestly, avoiding any aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Throughout the project, G's entire crew was very hard-working and respectful. As the work progressed, they uncovered several underlying issues that had been hidden beneath the existing roof. G took the time to review these findings with us and ensured we understood the recommended steps to address them. His willingness to engage in conversation and consider our input was refreshing and made the process much smoother. Fast forward nearly two years later, we can confidently say that we have experienced no issues with the roof, skylights, or windows. Our experience with G and his team at US Siding & Roofing was overwhelmingly positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of roofing or siding work.

Victor and his team did a terrible job working on our house. We contracted them to remove all of…read morethe paneling and replace it with drywall, as well as remove and replace all of the doors in 4 rooms of our house. Not only do the doors not work, meaning that they don't close all the way - if at all, but they didn't remove all of the paneling from the rooms we contracted them to remove it from either. In addition, they also painted some rough drywall around one of the doors as though it was door trim, in the hopes that we wouldn't notice the fact that they didn't even bother to complete putting the trim on the door. Now that we've started working on having the poor work done by Home Verse completed by someone else, we've also found numerous instances where the paneling wasn't removed either. I've attached photos of the paneling we've found in various rooms, as well as some of the drywall issues we've encountered, and a photo of the painted drywall next to the door frame that they didn't install the trim on. Stay away from this company, and hire a different contractor. When contacted about the issues listed, and sent the following photos of what we found, no refunds or compensation of any kind were offered.

I wrote to them twice about this and got no response. I finally hired someone else to do it. It was not more than a couple hours work. This is typical of corporate "one and done" practice. So, it's left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Having been on the roof itself, too, I see where some repairs and connections were sloppy. Nonetheless, given that this was a huge job done in the most awful weather imaginable, I have decided to continue to be happy with the result. However, I would encourage them to improve customer relations if they can. It's always the last thing out the door that the customer remembers.

I would not recommend to hire FRG to do your flat rubber roof!!!…read more In summer 2023 FRG came to redo the roof drain cap which was never installed properly at the first place by them back in Feb 2019. The roof has leaked every year since then and had 3-4 repairs. In April 2024, the roof drain clogged again(we have no trees around). The roof rain water seeped through under the roof drain compression ring, then flew down to the outside the drain pipe directly into the first floor bathroom wall and the basement floor. Fabio blame the leak caused by the drain pipe itself, not the roof. The drain pile has no integrity issue simply because after the roof drain debris cleared, the water leak has not occurred unless there is a heavy rain. And this only happened after FRG reinstalled the drain cover in summer of 2023. He did not apply for the building permit for this job either. To make the situation even worse, Fabio send me a $600+ bill for climbing up to the roof to check the leak and clearing the roof debris showed in the photo. But the roof leak is not fixed! I am a 30+ year real estate professional and have referred him a few jobs in the past. Sorry Fabio, not a job end up like this. What a nightmare.

Within weeks of completion, the lawn was failing across the entire yard. Large dead and bare patches everywhere, as shown in the photos. The lawn is watered by a professionally installed irrigation system that runs on schedule and works perfectly, so this is not a watering issue. This is a problem with the installation itself. When we asked Gerrior to correct their work, they refused to do it under warranty and said they would only fix it if we paid again for time and materials. We paid six figures for a lawn that died in weeks, and the company will not stand behind its own work. As of today, nothing has been repaired. I will update this review if Gerrior makes this right.
