They show up on time, perform their work to our satisfaction and are very polite when we need to communicate with them. One feature that stands out quite a bit for us is the snow removal. And their fee is more than fair. You can't go wrong with this company.

I saw a few negative reviews that were, IMO, churlish. Trust me: You can't go wrong here.

We spoke with a number of landscape, hardscape, and even engineering experts to address our water…read moreissues after our driveway was flooding into our home after heavy rain storms. Jeremias was quite knowledgeable and suggested replacing part of our asphalt driveway with permeable pavers to add a natural drainage solution, not reliant on sump pumps or hoses and motors which already showed their limitations. His crew also built up a berm along our property, which not only acted as a way to hold back potential water flow but also dressed up our property line with additional shrubs and trees. These guys really knew what they were doing - the pavers came out beautiful, Jeremias himself was regularly on site and was constantly in communication throughout the job to update the process. We've since reached out about additional projects on our property.

Crugnale was the second least expensive quote we got, but seemed to be the most professional and had the best customer service. When we first talked about the job with Crugnale they were very friendly and outlined different options. They did not push us to do something more expensive, but gave the cost of each option and a description of the pros and cons of those options. This was the key point that made us choose them: they seemed like they wanted to help us get the lawn we wanted giving us all the options instead of like they wanted to just get as much money from us as possible. They did the work very quickly. We had many questions along the way about our new grass and Mike and Chris were always very helpful and responsive. They even came by to check on how the grass looked to give us feedback on the maintenance. If I had another landscaping project, I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for work. I'll try to upload pictures of before and after shots.

We hired Gerrior Masonry for a complete yard renovation, over $100,000 for the full project…read moreincluding new lawn installation. Within weeks of completion, the lawn was failing across the entire yard. Large dead and bare patches everywhere, as shown in the photos. The lawn is watered by a professionally installed irrigation system that runs on schedule and works perfectly, so this is not a watering issue. This is a problem with the installation itself. When we asked Gerrior to correct their work, they refused to do it under warranty and said they would only fix it if we paid again for time and materials. We paid six figures for a lawn that died in weeks, and the company will not stand behind its own work. As of today, nothing has been repaired. I will update this review if Gerrior makes this right.
