The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Also he was great responding to my last minute request to remove an overgrown forsythia. Today the crew appeared early in the morning to shape and prune a beautiful Japanese maple tree which is the focal point of the yard. It is absolutely beautiful now and also more healthy due to their expertise in shaping and pruning this tree, which my grandfather and I planted together when I was about 4 years old. The people who work for Iron Tree are arborists and also artists. They are not just "guys with a truck and a ladder as I have had prior to discovering them. He knows it doesn't erase the past frustrations but I'm grateful he reached out and listened.
