The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Also he was great responding to my last minute request to remove an overgrown forsythia. The lilac in particular needed expert pruning, it was a wonderful sight. It was full size with fantastic colors and its sweet and unique lilac scent. It was also clear its roots had become invasive. I enjoyed talking with Roberto about the things I could do to brighten my yard, he had such great ideas. I was excited and decided to go for it. We set a date and Roberto came right on time with a team of 5 wonderful employees. He had selected and bought all the plants about which we had talked. His team spent the entire day trimming my trees, removing a tree stump, and of course planting a wide assortment of plants and flowers. I was…read morestuck with several clumps of oak trees becoming too close to the house, and my insurance company called me out on it. Arbor care to the rescue! Advising against removal ( we are in a very tree protected town), we opted to trim the encroaching branches. The three crew members of Arbor Care were incredibly professional, detailed, and careful throughout the multi hour trimming 'event'. All the offending branches some 50 feet off the ground were expertly trimmed and removed without leaving a spare leaf littering the ground. They put padding on the driveway and lawn to guard against their equipment damaging anything during ground contact leaving no trace from heavy equipment contact. Overall, the finest tree service in the land that got me out of a jam. Thanks!!

He showed up 3 days later exactly like he said he would, exactly on time. It was a tight area and 2 extremely large trees. They were over a pool, over a shed, and over a gazeebo. He had 3 guys working together and they were true professionals. My children and I were in awe of the precision. Living on over 2 acres, there is definitely no reason to even think of calling anyone else. If i could give more stars I would. Dont waste time, call these guys.
