For my grandmother: pampano fish with mirliton stuffing. Now listen, I've had a lot of steaks in my life. But this filet? This filet was different. This filet was butter-kissed, seared on a 500-degree plate, and cooked so perfectly it practically sang "When the Saints Go Marching In" with every bite. Then everyone else at the table received their meals while I only received my bisque. After waiting, I was told my stuffed catfish "didn't come out right" and had to be remade. At that point, I honestly wondered if it was a joke. It wasn't. By the time my entrée arrived, everyone else was nearly finished eating. To the restaurant's credit, they did remove the stuffed catfish from my bill, and I appreciated that. However, the entire experience left me feeling overlooked from start to finish. My biggest suggestion would be for our waitress to work on her customer service. A smile goes a long way. Saying things like "Give me that plate," slamming cups onto the table, and appearing annoyed throughout the meal doesn't create a welcoming dining experience. Hospitality is just as important as the food, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

well i was planning on eating there for mother's day... i havent had an experience but based on the bad rude and unapologetic experiences from others i dont think ill be going to eat there!! bc i know my husband would not put up with it! so a lost customer already!! so take the advise from others and beware of your servers and joe you treat your customers, bc we do read the reviews of others. this is a business you should be proud of and not act as if you HATE your jib and take it out on people who pay your salary!! js read more
