There were over a dozen people crowded into the tiny waiting area and about half were standing because there were not enough chairs. I have been to a lot of LabCorps and this was by far the worst in terms of facilities, organization, and cleanliness. It looked like the DMV in a bad part of town.

Her: *grunts* (shoves a soap pump in my direction while she holds it) Me in my head: Oh, okay, I guess you'll hold it whilst I place my hand underneath? Me: Do you have paper towels? Her: *grunts* (practically throws a paper towel at me) All of this was after she stood outside the door and knocked on it every 30 seconds telling me how much time I had left. Of course, I had stage fright and couldn't get enough urine for a sample out, so she had me throw my urine in the toilet and then the pee cup in the open trash can and not in a hazardous waste basket. UNSANITARY, HAZARDOUS, GROSS. When I asked questions about what to do next since I couldn't go, the woman talked to me like I was an idiot. Their treatment towards me was appalling. I seriously can't believe people this rude exist, let alone in a customer service position. If I want to be treated like a piece of garbage I'd call up one of my ex-boyfriends.

Upon entering the lobby we started using the self check-in, Teresa Fisher yelled at my pregnant wife, "What are you doing?" rather than calmly stating that the office had closed 5 or 10 minutes earlier. The door was unlocked, and there was no signage indicating the location was closed. The apparent process is self check-in, which is exactly what we were doing. We immediately exited the lobby once informed. As we left, the representative slammed the door behind us. When I requested a business card to report the incident, she questioned why I wanted it and then provided the name Teresa Fisher before walking away. We ultimately went to another location where my wife received the medical services her doctor had ordered. I strongly recommend that management ensure doors are locked or clearly marked when closed to avoid confusion. Additionally, staff training in basic customer service and professionalism is needed. No customer especially a pregnant patient should be spoken to in this manner.

It's absurd, what's the point in making appointments if they aren't honored? my advice is to go ANYWHERE else, if you can't then I recommend coming in 10mins before your appointment and pray for the best. The women are rude, they don't care if you've been waiting and they've skipped you. A patient told them about all of us being skipped and she ignored her and told her to go to the appointed room. Its a joke, save your time and go somewhere else. An older man with an oxygen tank just said he could figure out the check in system and she said "oh" and gave him a polite smile then left.
