I never mind the wait when there is one, because I know they are taking the same time with each patient as they do me. I will come here every time I need to get blood work done. I have also been here for MRI and CT Scans. The same respect given across the board from all staff.

Rudest place yet. Employees obviously burned out and not interested n assisting patients.read more

The first time I came in I was there at 9AM and it was quite busy but the lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was called back after a bit of a wait but the place was packed with mostly older people waiting for tests of all sorts since they do lab work, scans, and all sorts of things. Once back and in the CT room I was on the table and getting scanned and a few minutes later I was ready to go. This morning I had their very first appointment at 7 am and got there a little early at 6:35. I was the very first person at the whole building! LOL So I waited and they all arrived and I waited and headed in at 6:59. I got to the door before they did and they opened it right up and I got signed in. I sat for about 5 minutes while they were getting me checked in and then they came out and gave me papers and I had to go from downstairs to upstairs where they had their women's care and associates as that is where the do all their ultrasound imaging/tests. The lady in there came out in about 5 minutes and called me back and got the test started right away. She was very nice as is everyone that works there and once all the images had been taken I was ready to go! I really like how easy it is to access their location and how friendly and caring the staff is. They do a great job! With the CT I was told my doctors office should have the results in 2 days and 2 days later sure enough I got a call from my doctor's office with the results! I highly recommend using their service for all your testing needs!

I was impressed by his professionalism and his actual interest in my complaint. An absolute GREAT experience. He has had me in The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods on three separate occasions. I was in for two sets of biopsies and once for insertion of "SpaceOar" for protection during radiation. This hospital, as far as I'm concerned, has always gone above and beyond what should be required for ALL hospitals. The doctors, nurses, orderlies and every other person always goes out of their way to be certain your experience will the best that they can give you. I would recommend this to anyone for whatever ails you. Too bad I can only give 5 stars because it is wsorth so mjuch more.

I understand that things happen unexpectedly, especially at a medical facility. I also species the fact that it's a walk in clinic so not everything will go as expected. However, when i asked if i could wait there or if they wanted me to stop back in a bit, she seemed shocked that I would want to wait that long. She told me to sign in at the kiosk and told me that I had to stay there. Then I received a text link to finish my sign in! I tried to buy was having difficulty so I stopped and just figured I'd wait till they called us. A different receptionist looked up from her computer and asked me if I was filling out the questions. I explained that I'm grandma and that the patients parents had his insurance card and only had pictures of it in my phone. She explained that I needed to upload the pictures or I would be held liable for the bill. After several attempts to fill out their forms and getting frustrated that if been there an hour and she told me that if have to start again! Seriously! Go to the end of the line because they expect the customers to enter information into their system! I thought that was their job! At least they used to. So I told her that I would just pay for the visit and she continued to tell me that I still need to complete the information before they could proceed! I became frustrated and irritated with her. I told her that I'd just wait until tomorrow then and take him to his pcp and left.
