I like to go first thing in the morning so I would highly recommend making an appointment as clients with appointments get first priority over walk ins. My husband however has had no trouble walking in during weekday afternoon hours and getting right in. Also worth noting, recently I took in my teen daughter for blood work for the first time. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect from her. The phlebotomist did the blood draw so quickly she barely had time to react! Highly highly recommend Quest!

When I finally do get called back, "Oh, we don't do these until 10 am. It's on our website." If this was any other business I would never deal with this. Since the company I am working for requires it, I am screwed. I work. I have a job. Apparently Quest Diagnostics doesn't understand the concept of work. The Main waiting room can sometimes be full but I have never waited longer than 5-10 minutes to be called for my mammogram. I have gotten the same technician each time. She is incredibly sweet. She takes you back to the office for mammograms. There is a changing room there with a place to put your shirt and bra. They have a waiting room in that office but I've never had to wait there. You are then taken back and the images are taken. It is done quickly but nicely. The tech keeps asking how you are doing. She checks after each image to make sure it's good before moving to the next one. When you are done you go back to the changing room and get dressed. I've also had a breast sonogram done there and it was done in the same manner. The technicians are very kind and explain everything before they take the images or do the sonogram. I highly recommend it.
