He spoke to me like a conceited know-it-all, then he asked me to leave the building - while picking up the phone as if he was going to call the police. He acted completely unreasonable. Dodged my questions, offered no help, and acted outwardly rude. I contacted corporate to dispute the charges. Ben is not an upstanding employee. Very disappointing interaction.
