I had a scheduled appointment, arrived early and waited x after my time. I elected the wait in my car option, but then went inside at my scheduled time. There were over a dozen people crowded into the tiny waiting area and about half were standing because there were not enough chairs. I have been to a lot of LabCorps and this was by far the worst in terms of facilities, organization, and cleanliness. It looked like the DMV in a bad part of town. read more

Waited half an hour before anybody even talked to me. Waited another half hour before I actually got my exam. The Kiosk is broken and does not seem to be putting in information correctly. Before I visited Labcorp lab I read the reviews on Yelp, Google, etc. The reviews were absolutely terrible, it almost scared me away. I decided that I would visit this lab anyway and make sure that I can give my personal review of this particular lab. First of all the ease of making appointments on line was absolutely easy. I quickly found two openings and booked them for the next business day. My husband's appointment was earlier and mine was much later. I decided to go with him and see if by chance they could fit me in within an hour or so. So we went upstairs and went into the lab office. There is a kiosk that we had to place our drivers license, it quickly found our appointment and checked us in. I went ahead and checked in and my husband asked if I could be seen early. The lady said yes I would be treated as a walk-in. So after they took all who had appointments they called me in. My husband had been first and he was very happy with the visit. I went in after and I let the phlebotomist know that I almost canceled due to bad reviews. She stated that she wished she could go back to the reviews and explain. They have certain hours for things like drug tests, etc. If someone gets there later they may feel upset that they're not seen, hence being upset for something that is not under their control. Nicole was the phlebotomist that took care of us both. She is so kind, very professional and when she drew our blood we didn't feel it at all. She responded to all our questions and we had a few laughs. The employees and lab were absolutely great. The reason I give them 4 instead of a solid 5 is due outside lobby (waiting area). It would be great when the economy gets better that they freshen it up with simple cosmetics like paint and new carpet or solid floor. I know it's winter and people are probably dragging up a lot of soil. All in all I will definitely visit again if I need to get more labs done. read more

The line moved rather quickly but was the most unsanitary bathroom I've ever been in. I can't believe that a medical lab could possibly be that dirty. The visit was efficient, the blood draw was relatively painless, but that's where the good news stops. Results may or may not be sent to you or the doctor, or the correct doctor. They drop the ball a lot. i requested a copy of the results be mailed to me (twice) and they were not. I had to call the Dublin, Ohio headquarters a week later to find out they weren't sent and ask again for the results to be sent (twice) They didn't even send the results to my doctor until i called the Dublin headquarters and told them to. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The people employed at this company are some of the rudest people I've ever met. As soon as I walked through the door I felt like I was being disrespected and attacked. Specifically, by an employee named Nicole S. This company has employees working for them that are incompetent and do not know how to act. When I entered, I was yelled at for making a drug test appointment at the "wrong time." The hours are not clear online and when I asked for the employee to show me how to book my appointment at an appropriate time she would not help. When I arrived at my appointment the next day, she was very unpleasant. Avoid using this company at all costs. If anything, try going to a different location and maybe you will have better luck with employees that are respectable and professional, unlike this one on ridge rd. read more
