It took a bit to be registered as a new patient. The staff were very nice to me. Some health providers have rules to restrict prescriptions including antibiotics. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was generous with providing meds. My bronchitis is gone. I will return here for urgent care. read more

I went there a couple months ago to confirm and test a infection and went back about a month ago to make sure it was all cleared up and they said today that they didn't do the right test and that I would have to go back up there and give more blood because they didn't do their job and then the rude nurse Daniel wailer was completely rude and unprofessional trying to make it seem like it was my fault he didn't do his job this place is a joke I promise you this is the worst place to go I just recently found out that the woman that owns this place lost her license and so now they have this unprofessional nurse do everything with no one checking his work I can't believe they got 4 vials of blood from me and I got no results this place is a joke and Daniel wailer needs to be supervised because he doesn't know what he's doing. read more

I used to love this place until an extremely sassy man treated me. He only gave me a 7 day supply of medication when my hand is large and inflamed from a burn. What's SEVEN days going to do? It did nothing as I suspected, as I was in pharmacy at the University of Toledo. He insulted the medications I am on and judged me for my health problems. I've been on these medications for years yet he blamed them for my falls. I spoke with my psychiatrist yesterday as he wanted me to and he said since I've been on the meds for 5 years, they're not going to spontaneously cause falls. My equilibrium is off, because I fell asleep on my right arm and it won't move. People naturally move their arms when they walk, and I cannot do that. This doctor or nurse practitioner or whoever this sassy guy was was extremely unprofessional and judgmental of my health problems. Don't come here, because you might have to deal with the same sassy guy I did. read more

The rapid antibody test that they are giving for $90 cannot detect if you actually have Covid at that time. It can take 1-3 weeks for antibodies to build up to a level that is detectable by that specific test. They are scamming people and putting the general public at risk. They are telling patients that they do not have Covid and are safe to go back to work when their test cannot determine this. The poor, gullible MAs probably don't even bother to question Dr. Popa or Kaminski. ‍ All they have to do is look up the test on the FDA's website! Or call the CLIA department of the BOH! read more

I want to be clear that in this review, I mean no disrespect to the MA or doctor and am not writing this to be mean in any way. I just felt that because of the experience I had, that the public should be aware of how they treat their patients and their competency. The moment I get there and am waiting to see the doctor, took way too long than it should have since I was the only patient there. In the middle of waiting, the MA's and the doctor left the building for whatever reason then came back a few minutes later. Once the MA's saw me in the waiting room, they both scowled at each other for whatever reason. Then finally I went into the room with the MA to talk about my symptoms. The minute we started talking, she repeatedly started to sigh and complain about the fact that she had to work till 9:00 pm that day and didn't want to be there. Then after I gave her a surprised look, she explained that she had to drive to West Virginia after work. The MA was completely unprofessional and clearly did not want to be there since she said that statement multiple times in the short conversation we had. She also sounded bored and apathetic when I was explaining my symptoms. I was stunned that someone in the helping field had such a terrible attitude. Very unprofessional. To add to my displeasure, the actual doctor had to "consult" with another doctor and was discussing what medicine to prescribe me as if she wasn't sure. You would think a doctor who had years of med school training would know for certain what to prescribe. Especially for my minor allergy condition. All she prescribed me was an anti-allergy medicine. That's it. Now for the positives...I gave them two stars because they were able to see me that day and I didn't have to pay a copay. The receptionist was also professional and nice. That's the only positive part. I am deeply disappointed in their care. Like I said, I am not writing this review to "bash" them, but to make others aware that this experience really happened.
