I called PDI & said that they are in-network and that my insurance company will pay most of it. IT TOOK OVER A YEAR to have this bill submitted correctly due to PDI's lack of submitting it correctly to my insurance. PDI threaten me with collection agencies. My insurance even stated someone at PDI isn't submitting it correctly to them. Today, I get a call from a collection agency that PDI took me to collection! Really? The large bill was paid by my insurance and I owed a tiny amount. I was never sent an invoice, called or contacted by PDI for the small amount. Bam, just sent it to collections! BEWARE! PDI billing is a nightmare to deal with. Shame on you PDI billing.

She said there was no record of my payment. I then e-mailed her my payment receipt and a copy of my EOB from my insurance carrier. She acknowledged the e-mail and that I was due a refund of$272.90. To this date I have not heard anything. The next step is an attorney. I will never recommend this service provider to anyone. I contacted the manager of ABC, Sherry, who told me that the company does not allow their people to enter 'dangerous' or 'unsafe' areas. She told me that I had to get the snow removed before anyone could visit for medical care. I am unable to shovel snow, as I have a PICC line in my arm. Instead of working with me to find a solution, Sherry just kept repeating that I had to get the snow removed. I told her that I would be speaking with United Health Care about this, and she said, 'go ahead!' DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE.

They (Nissan of North Olmsted) came out forthright and said that they would not want me to purchase a new rim from Nissan because it is $1,000. They recommended going around finding someone who could refurbish your rim or else get a rim from a salvage yard. I asked for recommendations and this was the first card he gave me. He said he heard good things about them. I drove straight there and was totally impressed. Alloy was the only shining bright light on this day. He could repair the rim, solder it back to shape and the cost would be $200. It was available by noon the next day for pick-up. A pleasure to deal with - Greg, the general manager, seemed to be the only one in the office. He seemed to handle everyone professionally (men, women, phone calls, etc.). They do a lot of high-end cars that are getting customized rims - tons of Mercedes there. I highly would recommend a visit there for your wheel needs!

They obviously put other vehicles ahead of mine. Which rubbed me the wrong way. But I tried to be patient. We agreed on an oil change, tune up, brakes, strut and tires for 2 grand. They charged me 2500$ and didn't even do the tires or oil. I immediately took it for a second opinion and the new mechanic told me the vehicle's engine was shot. I am so upset that I paid thousands of dollars to fix a van that wasn't worth fixing in the first place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!
