As someone sensitive to environments, I found the experience dispiriting. The waiting room/holding area is flooded with harsh overhead lighting, and dominated by a screen broadcasting corporate messaging. Despite having already checked in through the app before arriving, I was asked to repeat the process on an electronic kiosk, adding another layer of automation to what should be a simple visit. The cumulative effect is not one of care but of processing. Efficiency has value, but medicine occupies a unique place in people's lives. Patients coming in for testing may be anxious, ill, or simply in need of a reassuring human presence. Instead, they are greeted by touchscreens, asked to perform their own intake, and left to watch a looping video extolling the virtues of the company while not a single staff member is visible. Even a brief greeting, warmer lighting, or the absence of self-promotional videos would remind patients that they are participants in healthcare, not merely data points moving through a workflow. Online scheduling works well. Saw Doctor made appointments for both of use. Walked in, got blood test and both of us finished up and walked out less than five minutes total. Also both girl were painless and a drop of blood when an hour later when we took bandaid off. read more

This company is awful. I paid my balance ON THEIR WEBSITE then got turned over to collections for nonpayment. Called Quest and they said I had to send them proof of payment even though I had a confirmation number. I did it, but a week later was called again by the collection agency and had to send my proof of payment also to them. Awful. This isn't the first problem I have had with them. read more

wait time always hours even with a appointment my PC doctor has me get blood work every 6 month I'm 70 and health issues I decided not to get blood work this time and see if in another 6 months I will be able if I could give anything less then 1 star I would have read more

Refuse my drop off sample because it didn't come directly from the doctor, although the order was in their system, and then threw out the sample and I had to take another one in. read more

Came as a walk-in but kept getting pushed back because of appointments. After 2 hours i left because it was a fast bloodwork and i needed to eat something. They only had one person working there! Will never go back. read more

I came for pre-employment testing and couldnt go to the restroom at first- always been that way. The person working with me was nasty. They had no customer service. I was treated like I was a repeat customer always getting tested. I felt like I was being put down because of the issue. This was a really bad experience. read more

Absolutely worthless technicians. I told the two bleach blondes that my blood pressure would be high due to lack of sleep, too much coffee, and white coat syndrome. When it was, the technician said, "Wow, that's high!" I told her that didn't help. They redid the reading, and the same idiot shouted out, "Oh my God, that's high!" Automatic blood pressure cuffs are also notoriously inaccurate. Did they have a manual cuff there? Of course not. I don't think the technicians would have been able to use it.
