Older lady was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I can't put orders in for myself. The prescriber put information in that wasn't correct. When she had to correct the information she became nasty and rude. I'm allergic to the tape so I got to hold the gaze to my arm as she rushed me out of the office back to the waiting area. Every experience I have had at Quest Diagnostics on Mahoning has been great. Fast service (I scheduled appointments easily online). The team here is been very helpful, personable , and knowledgeable each visit. Always clean. This is the only place I will go. read more

Updated and a star dropped: I went in for my regular bloodwork. As usual, I had already entered my insurance info when I made my appointment, and I checked in from my car and waited to be notified. When I was, rather than be met at the door by a tech (as they've always done), I stood and waited quite a bit. I'm disabled, my service dog is in the car, and I can't be standing for any length of time. If you weren't ready, then you shouldn't have claimed you were. Then I'm told they don't have my insurance info and need to scan my card. I gave her the card and informed her that I had entered it when I made the appointment, and they also should already have a copy on file. She decided to give me a nasty look in response. Then she told me that I hadn't entered the group number and that was the issue. I replied that I never had before. She then told me something along the lines of "people make their job difficult." Like...? I was literally just stating facts. But, okay. She then starts to lecture me about how I need to enter the group number next time, blah, blah. I interrupted her and said "Ma'am, I don't care. I just want to get my bloodwork done." After more attitude, I finally got it done and what is normally a 5 min process has taken 20 mins. I've been trying to get a hold of Quest about this issue, because it's unacceptable, and I don't want to have this tech ever again. I've never had an issue here until now, and I don't want another. She also didn't wear her mask right. Put it over your nose! You're supposed to know better. Original Review: There's a kiosk to check in at, which is fine by me, but some people may be annoyed by it. It was easy to use and worked perfectly. I was checked-in in under a minute (and that's including having to scan my license and insurance because of being there the first time). The waiting area is on the small side, but they offer on the kiosk if you want to wait in the car or in the waiting area, which is perfect. I had an appointment, which I got called back for about 5 mins after time. The phlebotomists were personable and professional. They ignored my service dog, as they should, and worked around him just fine. My one complaint would be about the doors. They are extremely heavy and hard to open. They need to add a door opening button. It would be helpful to everyone, but is essential to make sure your business is fully accessible. They have accessibility on the kiosk for visually impaired people (which is excellent), but then have failed at access to get in the front door. A pretty easy fix at the end of the day. read more

I pre-paid and came to this location for an "instant" 11 panel drug screen, needed for plant access locally. These people need to learn what the word "instant" means. When i performed the test they said within 24 hours. It is well over that and no sign of my results. I am unable to go to work because of this. Do not use this location Edit - 4 days later - still waiting. multiple hours spent on the phone being redirected then cut off. I'm done with these people. They are totally incompetent read more

Cannot communicate with a person about billing error. Unable to reach human using phone. Wondering how to solve all their billing errors short of going back. Makes for additional stress when you're already concerned about Health issues. Very unfriendly staff as well. read more
