Dr Solmen worked on my big toe years ago. I was limping around with extreme pain. One visit, and he fixed the problem. One follow up visit, done. Recently I had ankle problems. One visit with Dr Solmen, with one follow up, and done. I've used Youngstown Ortho in Howland for rehab on my knee and shoulder replacements. Five stars!

He actually coached me on what to say to the establishment (aka lying- not admitting that I started to feel better). He went so far as to suggest I meet a lawyer at his office. And all of a sudden the visit was 250.00. He gave me his personal cell and assured me he would drop what he was doing to answer. I went twice. The second time wasn't much different. In fact I got the whole spiel about his modest home and his childhood friends of color. The company who is paying the initial amount of out of pocket expenses for my fall told me I could send them the bill. He would have received his ill gotten 500.00. Novicky refused to pay them directly. He personally called me two days before Christmas to discuss it. Very much not appreciated. I received a bill today telling me if I didn't pay out of pocket the 500.00 I would be sent to collections on January 6th which isn't even an appropriate duration of time. I'm very willing to pay the 45.00 that I was originally quoted. Novicky (I can't even call him Dr) is an ambulance chaser. I will NOT be bullied. I desperately need to go to a chiropractor and I'd trust the FedEx guy to adjust me before I would trust him. Very very disappointed.

I took my mother there and saw Dr Dan Ricchiuti and she was tested for bladder cancer and after 3 weeks she never heard back so I had to call the office. After numerous calls and messages, someone finally answered the phone. I was told my mother's tests were negative and she was fine. Why did nobody call to let her know? She spent 3 weeks wondering if she had cancer or not. I asked to speak to management and spoke to Amelia and she was very rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. The office has new employees every time I take my mom for an appointment , and none of them look or act professional. Just a very unorginized practice with many rude workers and managers.
