Had a scheduled appointment pick up for an at home sleep study…read more.. scheduled for 4 months... got it tonight and it was dead... nothing about charging it... no charger with it... there was no one anywhere to guide you on where to go... the one elevator is definitely broken, the door almost opened on us... and they treat you like your crazy when you say you are picking up an at home sleep study assuming you just said you are picking up a patient... like no.... I just said I'm picking up a machine... I never wanted to take a psych patient home.... The lady who gave me the sleep study was very kind though. Even though it's really bad and horribly mismanaged, I do have to say they are the kindest doctors I've met. I'm calling in the morning about my dead sleep study though... supposed to be returned tomorrow but I don't even get to do the test it's absolutely ridiculous. There should never be this level of mismanagement anywhere let alone a hospital.... Someone needs to get this staff some help... they're kind just horribly understaffed... Went into surgery, my arms became swollen and th r y told me my arms were like that when I came in.. the hospital bands were cutting into my skin, yeah I don't think so! After surgery, I got pancreatitis again, They tried to put me into the cat scan, and told me the metal clips would probably heat up, I refused to go in the machine, the tech then referred me as a little bitch to his co worker. Recently I went to the hospital for the Same pains, did the cat scan, I had an allergic reaction, as my bod u filled with horrible itchy lumps, I sat for 15 minutes begging for something, finally a nurse heard me crying to my husband on the phone, she gave me a steroid and an allergic medicine. The itchy lumps went away and a nurse came in and ave me a morphine drip that wasn't for me, but the woman in the next room, I was livid!!
