I was quoted 45.00 for the appointment but once he found out I fell at an establishment his tune completely changed. He actually coached me on what to say to the establishment (aka lying- not admitting that I started to feel better). He went so far as to suggest I meet a lawyer at his office. And all of a sudden the visit was 250.00. He gave me his personal cell and assured me he would drop what he was doing to answer. I went twice. The second time wasn't much different. In fact I got the whole spiel about his modest home and his childhood friends of color. The company who is paying the initial amount of out of pocket expenses for my fall told me I could send them the bill. He would have received his ill gotten 500.00. Novicky refused to pay them directly. He personally called me two days before Christmas to discuss it. Very much not appreciated. I received a bill today telling me if I didn't pay out of pocket the 500.00 I would be sent to collections on January 6th which isn't even an appropriate duration of time. I'm very willing to pay the 45.00 that I was originally quoted. Novicky (I can't even call him Dr) is an ambulance chaser. I will NOT be bullied. I desperately need to go to a chiropractor and I'd trust the FedEx guy to adjust me before I would trust him. Very very disappointed.

This is not a bad review on Dr. Porter. She's great. This is with regard to the front desk staff. I…read morewas suffering from a sinus infection and knew I needed an antibiotic. I phoned the office on a Thursday and asked for a call back. I would go in, if necessary, but did not know their restrictions for Covid. I never got a call back on that day or the next. When I did call back on Friday, the office had closed for the day (1 pm) and the service at that same number was not taking messages. I contacted my pharmacy, which faxed a request to the office on my behalf and it was denied, probably because I had not been seen by the doctor, which tells me she didn't get my message. I still had had no contact with my doctor and spent a very miserable, painful weekend before calling a telemedicine doctor and obtaining a simple antibiotic. This same scenario took place in June where I wanted a consult and did not receive a call back, so this isn't the first time the front staff at Dr Porter's has ignored calls or been very unhelpful and unfriendly. If possible, they are even more irritable and unfriendly in person. There were others complaining about the staff when I was in the waiting room at my annual physical earlier this year so this isn't just my opinion. Because of the staff alone, I am looking for another doctor. I love Dr. Porter and it's really too bad that she probably doesn't even know how the staff treats her patients. Everyone deserves a doctor whose staff cares as much about the patients as the doctor does. This office doesn't have that kind of staff. Anyone reading this and looking for a doctor should know you can expect deep sighs and eye-rolls from the staff in Dr. Porter's office. It makes your health seem very unimportant.

One Health Ohio - Falls Family Care Review of Dr. Cubbison…read more (5 stars) I can say without hesitation that this review is for Dr. Cubbison only not for One Health Ohio, and that is because first of all One Health Ohio would get about a star maybe a star and a half, long waiting periods make you think that you're forgotten about and one time my wife and I just walked out we had other places to be and they were cutting into that time frame by not seeing us on our scheduled time but because of that I am only reviewing Dr. Cubbison for the simple fact that he is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of seeing and visiting with. In a world where medical care can often feel rushed, impersonal, or transactional, he stands out as a rare kind of physician--one who truly cares about his patients as human beings. From the moment you walk into the exam room, you can feel his sincerity. He listens--really listens--to what you're saying. He doesn't talk over you, he doesn't dismiss your concerns, and he doesn't treat you like just another appointment on the schedule. Instead, he takes the time to understand what's going on, both medically and personally, and he approaches every situation with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Cubbison has consistently provided me with the care I need, including the medications that help me function and stay healthy. He does so thoughtfully and responsibly, always explaining why something is necessary and making sure I understand how it will benefit me. I've never felt judged, ignored, or rushed. Instead, I feel valued, respected, and supported. One of the qualities that sets him apart is how genuinely concerned he is for his patients' wellbeing. You can tell that he takes his role seriously and that he's invested in helping people live healthier, better lives. Whether it's answering questions, addressing symptoms, or simply offering reassurance, he always goes the extra mile--not because he has to, but because he truly cares. Never again. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I was called up and told the doctor…read morecouldn't see me cause she's allergic to dogs; I have service dogs. Keep in mind, they not only let us sit there all that time, it was also mentioned about my service dogs when I made the appointment. They immediately tried to schedule me somewhere else instead of trying to fix the situation. Keep in mind, it is illegal to deny service based on allergies or fear of dogs, per federal law (ADA). It turned into another hour of calling and talking to different people and them trying to "negotiate" with me. Read, they wanted to figure out a way to not accommodate us, while making it look like they were "working with us." I only needed to get a refill on meds. That was literally it. So, 2 1/2 hours later, and being forced to put my service dogs in the car, I finally saw the doctor and was able to leave. The whole situation was not only illegal, it was just plain unethical. You don't ask someone to be separated from their medical equipment. End of the day, it comes down to this: You can take Benadryl. I can't stop being disabled. You might have to suffer through some discomfort for the rest of the day. I'll be spending the rest of the week dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional fallout.
