Prices are comparable and even cheaper than some of the other places I have been. Maybe it's because this place is new? Or maybe because the owners might actually care or better yet, the employees love their job so much that they see this as a extended part of their home and keep it clean. It has around 60 washing machines and 70 drying ones, so you never have to wait. Ps: there is a small area for children to play. Mask are mandated.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Went there about 3 times in the past to use the drop off…read moreservice. All three times I had a less than stellar experience but this last one takes the cake. Came in on 10-25-2013 to drop off . my clothes and asked for the weight. Not unreasonable since they charge by the weight. I was told that they where to busy to weigh it. After explaining that I need to know what it is going to cost before I come back I was told I would be called later that night with the info. This satisfied me but barely. I decided to mention that on my last visit some socks were not matched up. The co-owner (female) immediately called me a liar and told me to leave and not come back. Flabbergasted I asked her how she could conducted business that way. She told me she was calling her husband if I didn't go. I. Decided at this point I. Had to see this through. When the other co-owner (her husband) arrived I made every attempt to try and discuss the issue rationally but he was more interested in trying to physically intimate me. He yelled. Spit in my face and pressed his nose into mine. I'm. No small man and I knew he had no intention of following through his threats so I stood my ground and continue to ask him politly to calm down and. Discuss like gentleman. I guess when he realized I was not afraid he changed tactics and picked up my laundry and tossed it out of his front door. I decided at that point to leave. I. Guess I. Could have given up sooner but I also really wanted to see how badly these two bozos would behave. Again I maintained a cool and polite composure the entire time and was basically assaulted. If every word here written isn't true may God strike me dead. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I just did. I plan to seek other locations to spread this review because this place should be shut down.

We went in to wash an oversized comforter (which it looks like most of the other customers were doing as well). Judging by the mildew smell, I'm guessing the units aren't cleaned or serviced too often and it was a bit of a concern to see the large capacity washer start leaking the moment the water started filling into the tank. The dryer only went in 7 minute increments and there was a need to swipe the card each time to do so. The staff was nice enough... but not exactly involved. They only responded when approached. I think the following improvements would make this place nice: * Some Customer Service Basics * Less of a fee for a card * Better maintenance/cleaning on the machines
