Ridiculous!!!!! Do not go here. Old machines, super expensive, need quarters and half the machines are out of service. There are so many better alternatives that give out cards and free dryers. This place has a lot of nerve. Do not go here. There are 18 washers. 8 are broken. 16 dryers and 6 are broken. It's filthy and moldy. I can't believe I walked in this place. One of the worst experiences of my life. Went there about 3 times in the past to use the drop off service. All three times I had a less than stellar experience but this last one takes the cake. Came in on 10-25-2013 to drop off . my clothes and asked for the weight. Not unreasonable since they charge by the weight. I was told that they where to busy to weigh it. After explaining that I need to know what it is going to cost before I come back I was told I would be called later that night with the info. This satisfied me but barely. I decided to mention that on my last visit some socks were not matched up. The co-owner (female) immediately called me a liar and told me to leave and not come back. Flabbergasted I asked her how she could conducted business that way. She told me she was calling her husband if I didn't go. I. Decided at this point I. Had to see this through. When the other co-owner (her husband) arrived I made every attempt to try and discuss the issue rationally but he was more interested in trying to physically intimate me. He yelled. Spit in my face and pressed his nose into mine. I'm. No small man and I knew he had no intention of following through his threats so I stood my ground and continue to ask him politly to calm down and. Discuss like gentleman. I guess when he realized I was not afraid he changed tactics and picked up my laundry and tossed it out of his front door. I decided at that point to leave. I. Guess I. Could have given up sooner but I also really wanted to see how badly these two bozos would behave. Again I maintained a cool and polite composure the entire time and was basically assaulted. If every word here written isn't true may God strike me dead. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I just did. I give this place cero stars. It must be the nastiest oldest laundromat in NY. It's dirty, smelly, old, small & expensive.

Stay away!!! If i could mark off zero stars i would. I've been using this laundromat for several years , but on my last visit a week ago 7/19. I decided never to go back. Over the course of several visits i accumulated several laundry cards, 5 to be exact. After doing my laundry I decided to turn in the cards. Since i had 5 cards I was suppose to get back 2 dollars a card. When i went to turn in the cards the clerk behind the counter refused to give me back 2 dollars per card. She stated in her broken English and nasty tone, that the cards were old, and she could only give me a dollar per card. I was shocked, since i just used the cards! Their money machine had no problem taking my money and applying money to them, so what if the cards were old that had nothing to do with it. I saw where this was going since the clerk could barely speak English, nor understood what i was saying. Since I did not major in Chinese in college, i knew i wasn't going to break the language barrier and get my point across. Instead of making a federal case about it, I just let things be. I came to the conclusion that the clerk needed the five dollars more then me. Well, i will be taking my business to another laundromat. I hope others do the same. What the owner of this business needs to understand is that, without customers he would not be in business. Maybe he should think twice about hiring employees who steal from people.
