While working COVID19 in the Bronx I needed a place to wash and fold. The ladies there always made me feel welcomed even though I was different than their usual customer. The laundry was expertly folded and included a few dryer sheets to keep things smelling good for weeks! Thanks for help me stay sane during my time there in New Rochelle! Today was the second time in recent months that I arrive at this location in order to do my laundry and was unable to park in the parking lot due to the lot being at full capacity. This occurred at approximately 11pm on a Friday. I counted approximately six patrons inside the location doing laundry. I counted approximately 14 cars in the parking lot. It appears that local drivers are taking advantage of very lax parking enforcement at this location. I have also noticed that the machines seem outdated and the dryers are particularly inefficient. Sadly, the floor, counters, and machines always seem dirty and/or dusty. I do notice that the staff seem hard at work. Unfortunately, the cleanliness seems to be an issue at every 24hr laundromat I have visited in NYC metro area. I guess it's difficult to keep these places well maintained AND constantly running. There's a place in Yonkers that I love and is always well kept but not open 24hrs, which I ocassionally need. read more

This is the Only laundromat I use. They use cashless machines. You purchase a wash card for $20, and you actually get a card for $22. If you already have a wash card, easy you can add money to it. The drop off service is good as well. They charge 85¢ a pound, which isn't bad. If it's your first time using the wash and fold service you get a free laundry bag, which they sell for $6. The only thing that I don't like is the lot seems to get full quickly, and parking on the street is difficult to find. Otherwise it's The place to go. read more

The worker are very Prejudice against all other races except for the there own one lady with red hair fat and skinny one Mexican I believe or South American work there can't speak English and very very racist told me I could not have a cart to put my wet clothes in to dry the laundry because they only have 24 carts in the store and she was using 10 to do laundry for other customers that's paying outside and I'm paying to wash my clothes inside they need to teach them English and teach them that the customer comes first if it's not for the customers they would have a paycheck or a job read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unfortunately last week I made a huge mistake dropping off my laundry bag for them to wash it for me. Inside my laundry bag I put another smaller bag with some new clothes and wrote a note outside of the bag. I did this hoping they would wash these clothes separately from the rest of my laundry. The outcome? This whole bag went missing! I tried contacting the manager for days in order to check out the surveillance cameras. After days, when he finally addressed the situation, he shows me the moment when I dropped off my clothes, the moment when one of the ladies is washing them and when she's folding my clothes. What happens to the gap between drop off - wash it ? Someone clearly took my bag, checked out my brand new jeans shorts, new Nautica dress, 2 new bathing suits, most of my Victoria's Secret underwear and a new work out T-shirt, and simply disappeared with it. I'm feeling powerless, because it's my word against theirs, who don't want to admit what happened. Men's justice may fail, but not God's. Whoever took my clothes will pay for it one day. read more

Within the 1st 15 min of my 1st time here there were ROACHES comming out of the sides of the machine . Its a laundry...how are there roaches? What are they living on...too late to leave the machine was already locked and washing. Then the machine was not filling up with water properly and sitting still at times while the time was dissipating. The attendant named Raquel was kind and told me she would restart another machine when done. When it was time to do so I go to the counter and the entire crew is sitting at a table eating like its Thanks Giving DINNER. Now I know where the roaches come from! The attendant named named SUZIE told me she dont speak english BUT in the same sentence to me " WAIT 5 MINUTES UNTIL THEY FINISHED EATING LUNCH TO HELP ME"! Some nerve...I told the ladies at the FEASTING TABLE give me someone that speaks english and I needed my clothes started immediately. Raquel got up from eating and gladly started the machine for me. She was all smiles and humble and told me SUZIE IS JUST LIKE THAT. As if she is excused from her job of customer service. I asked for the managment or owners number but got ignored and repeatedly told "im sorry" by Raquel. When came time to use the dryer at least 7 to 8 carts were being held by staff with clothes just sitting in them while they ate and there was not one cart for use in the place. Being that the customers had the remaining carts I asked the attendant (not sure who) for a cart that had a rug on it with an empty basket. She said No to wait for a cart. I then said its empty I need a cart then she speaks in Spanish to the Feasting table and I guess they told her to give it to me. Poor behavior for staff except RAQUEL. Spoiled employees who dont know their place as an EMPLOYEE and nonchalantly disregards cumstomers who are not HISPANIC. If I owned the place I'd get a whole NEW CREW WHO ARE THANKFUL TO HAVE A JOB. read more
