This place is horrible. Sending a report to the better business bureau as well. I went there for the very first time and had several bags as I had specifically wanted certain items to be washed separately. When I arrived I was barely greeted and told that she would "assist me" by suggesting that I combine the bags although they would be washed separately because there was a minimum charge of $15 for each bag that was weighed under 15 lbs. I obliged although that doesn't show in my receipt as I was still charged a $15 minimum fee. As I was combining my clothes she asked me my name and when I told her she said she knew someone with the same name that she didn't like and she proceeded to treat me as such. The attitude just never subsided from there. At the end, when I saw my bill I was a bit shocked although I knew the weight was significant I wasn't expecting to pay almost $80. When I look at my receipt I was stepped to $1/lb for one bag for same day service which I never requested. I was also charged a separation fee which was never discussed. When I asked about why the bill was so high she said something about she's the one bending her back to wash the clothes not me. I picked up my clothes the next day and everything is combined! So I paid a separation fee just for her to combine all my clothes. I wish I could give 0 stars! Shame on this business! The place is also literally the size of a small living room. New management took over a few months ago and it's been a disaster. They finally accept credit cards, but at the cost of the employees being confused by the tablet system. Due to the confusion it sometimes takes at least 15 minutes for the transaction of just dropping off your laundry. I know this because by the time I got out, my 15 minute parking meter had expired. It's a small store, which makes it really flabbergasting how often they can't find my bag. The workers used to be so kind and friendly when I started coming here a few years ago. The new ones are pretty nasty. I welcome recommendations for a new place to go, effective immediately. read more

It saddens me to say, after coming here since they opened, I must find a new laundromat. Ever since the new owner, who is lazy, arrogant, greedy, and cheap, took over, its a complete shithole. There are two big machines, one of them is almost always out of service. There are currently 5 dryers out of service. There are no quarters. There is no soap in the bathroom. And the owner has now said he will no longer be providing toilet paper for the bathroom, customers will have to bring their own. What in the dirtbag is actually going on here? Machines SOMETIMES not working is one thing, but all the time! And no soap! Who doesnt have soap for even their employees to wash their hands! So that means his workers are touching peoples CLEAN clothes, that they paid to be cleaned, with dirty hands! There were never, ever these kinds of problems when the original owner was here! 27/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Can't find my pants, so I called to see if they had them at The Laundry Room. The girl that answered said she is new there so she can't look for them...ummm...really? There is a huge pile of clothes in the back for things that have been left behind and this new girl can't look through it??? Are you kidding me? She said I have to speak to the supervisor so that someone can look for me. This has been going on for 4 days of phone calls. She hung up on me today after I told her she didn't need someone else to just look through the pile of clothes. Ok. By far the least helpful person. Getting better again! I haven't seen the unfriendly woman in quite a while and the remaining staff are lovely and helpful. I do wish there were more hanger carts as this tends to be a struggle between patrons. WiFi is back, I think. The only other draw is the attitude of some of the patrons who can be very pushy and rude- but short of hiring a bouncer there's really nothing the business could do about that. read more

Standard laundromat. Clean and good Covid 19 protections. Everyone was wearing a mask. Had tv and free WiFi. Hours are slightly reduced during this time, but it was good to be able to do laundry while my power was off. Free suds on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. read more

I dropped my laundy off for wash service for the first time at this laundry mat on 8/3. Shortly after dropping off my clothes I recieved a phone call from the laundry mat. The lady said that my clothing will not be ready until Monday. I told her that I need them for work on Monday and she said ok and i should to leave a tip in the envelope for her because she will not be there on Sunday. I thought that to be unprofessional (how csn I leave a tip without seeibg my clogging?) but I let it go. I received another call about blankets and the price which was easily sorted out. Sunday 8/5 during the daytime. I pick up my clothing and the lady working that day didn't have the correct price and she was VERY RUDE. Luckily I had the other woman's cell phone number and we called her to confirm the price. After paying the money, the woman says "No tip?" I say "maybe next time" and she begins to shout loudly :No tip" "No tip" while laughing on the top of her voice with a Landry room full of people. I didn't tip because the experience/customer service/professionalism was terrible. I will never return. read more

Great experience. Was surprisingly tough finding a good fluff-and-fold place in Westchester. Was getting quoted upwards of $2/lb! This place was a great find, it's in an easy location by the Cross County, has great prices, quick turnaround and clothes were in great condition. Cash only but well worth it for the service. Very awesome place. The ladies fold the clothes so well!!! One thing I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed about is when you leave a tip and you ask the person in the register to give it to the girl that fold your clothes anddddd this person doesn't give it to her! It happened to me twice already! So I usually pay when I'm dropping the clothes and give the person the tip. Other than that, best laundromat very clean and nice people. read more

The laundromat looks a lot better and cleaner from when it was the old Suds & Duds. The free wi-fi is nice, too. There is one (younger) woman who works here who is amazing, if she's not folding clothes then she's cleaning the entire place top to bottom. However, there's another (older) woman who is just downright nasty. By nasty I mean gross. She's constantly sneezing and blowing her nose then keeps folding people's laundry without washing her hands first. Disgusting. read more
