I am taking a chance again YALL!!! I searched for a lot of replacements but it's very hard to trust people with your clothes!!!! Thanks to the BO of J&G Laundry for reaching out. I like you guys! I will hopefully be getting my lost items soon. read more

New owners have taken over this laundromat and it's certainly worth a visit! One thing I love is not having to buy a laundry card to put credits on. Call me old fashioned- but quarters and laundry just go together. Plus, a free cup of soap is offered- can't beat that! There's two comfy couches to sit on while you wait and the workers are friendly. I also appreciate that prices for everything are clearly shared at the front counter. I'll definitely be back! read more

For the second time in a row my drop off is over 6 hours late and when I call the ask for a manager the girl laughs and offers 15 percent off my next order. I literally missed work 2 times now. I really tried to give them a chance. I will never do it again. I'm going to make a complaint to my bank and get a refund. This is craziness. read more

I was scheduled for a pick-up today between 8am and noon. At 1:30 pm i started calling to check when they were coming. Several calls were unanswered and no courtesy call from J&G. Very disappointed and now looking for more reliable service. read more

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Management and staff are always so cordial and pleasant. There turnaround time is lightning fast. The clothes are very clean & fresh smelling, professionally folded, separated to make it easier to put away. 100% professional! Your grateful customer, Jean W. Boston Rd read more

I was a regular customer here and am bummed out to have to change my review! In the past, they've mixed up my clothes once or twice but fixed it within the same day so I always gave their customer service team props. But this time, i'm missing quite a few bath towels and was told I would be kept updated but it's now been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. At this point I wouldn't want the towels back anyways, just bummed out that I'll have to find another place. read more

I would love to give them 5 stars. The service was good. They're very professional. But the biggest requirement I have is for unscented detergent. They took my detergent and my unscented drier product but my clothes came back smelling heavily of scented drier sheets. I have allergies so that's sadly a deal breaker for me. read more

I love J&G Laundromat! The owners are hard workers whose business is an asset to our community. Yes, there are many laundromats in the area, but the personable relationship you build with the staff is one you won't receive anywhere else. Also, I have used services from other places and never have my clothes come back so neatly folded or smelling so good! Gloria has a special touch! Every business has their flaws but what I love is that if there is ever an issue, it is addressed immediately. For me, that's what makes a business great! read more

This was my first time using them... so here is my review: I sent a 40lbs bag of laundry consisting of my clothes and my 7-year old's clothes. The driver came on a rainy day and picked up the yellow bag of laundry. I then received a call that my order was going to cost $98 dollars. When I asked why, I was informed they had three bags of laundry for me. That was not what I sent. Apparently my order was input in with someone else's who has the same last name. The gentleman I spoke during this was a little rude, but he later apologized. The error was fixed, my clothes arrived back the next day and once I went through them I noticed 3 random shirts that are not mines and all of my 7-year old's socks are missing and two of my LaCoste towels as well. During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic if you don't feel comfortable doing your own laundry in the laundromats, this seems like an alternative. I would just suggest taking photos of what you sent in. I appreciate the clean clothes and fast turn around. read more

I use J and G Laundry services for approximately and a half years and I was satisfied but something changed in terms of my pick up and delivery dates. They were late and when I called to find out why sometimes I could leave a voicemail and other times I could not leave a voicemail the phone just rang ring ring, but Nelson would get back to me and offered his apologies and I continued with their Laundry services but the last time I use them I had to wait three weeks to get my laundry back and no one would call me back. I left several messages no return calls no Laundry about a week and a half after they have my laundry they deducted $55 out of my checking account but no Laundry , the third week I called I was able to leave a voicemail telling them that I was going to contact them the Better Business Bureau and then the next day I received a text stating that my laundry was on the way so I finally got my laundry after three weeks waiting. Thank God I didn't lose my clothes, but I will never use them again . I was very disappointed with their service read more

Excellent customer service! Clothes came back both clean, neatly folded and packed. I will definitely continue to support and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for services during these most uncertain times. read more

I do not recommend the pickup/delivery. They are unorganized. They picked up my clothes 2 hours late and now I'm currently waiting to receive my clothes. It's been 3 hours and still no clothes. Don't offer this service if you're not going to do it correctly. I've delayed weekend plans because of this. I'm not able to go to bed because I'm waiting for my clothes. This is unacceptable and I need to be compensated for this. I will never use J &G again. read more

Definitely the best experience I've had with a pick-up, drop-off laundry service in NYC. Always reliable and ALWAYS so polite and professional. Seriously, if you're tired of other laundromats/services losing your clothes, dropping off wrong stuff, or just plain being disorganized and ultra-frustrating....do yourself a favor and use J&G moving forward. read more

I recently sprained my finger and I desperately needed a laundry service. I was truly happy with the service provided from J and G laundromat service. Not only are they punctual but went the extra mile to come inside my apartment and grab my laundry bag since I couldn't Due to my injury. Thank you very much for such a great experience and I will definitely utilize this fantastic service again read more

I usually do my own laundry but the last couple of months with my work schedule it has just been difficult. I honestly was googling for a drop off laundry service and came across this gem. They offer pick up and drop off services which is amazing. I usually request the last time available because that is the time I get home, and they completely work with my schedule. All employees I have spoken to and met have been very courteous and very professional. Will continue to use J & G and will recommend there services to others! Thank you. read more

I just had to come here to say that this place was FANTASTIC and blew my expectations away. From beginning to end, there was not one moment that I felt uncertain about their service, professionalism and communication. They were prompt and informative and my clothes came back cleaner and more organized than I could have ever have hoped to achieve myself. AND to top it all off, they were so incredibly affordable. And that's coming from someone who gave them a higher weight than I had estimated. I was blown away by the more than reasonable price. This was a trial run to see if this would be an option moving forward and I can confidently say I never expected to be this convincingly satisfied. I would recommend them x a trillion. read more

I love J & G's pick-up and delivery service. They are quick, efficient and friendly. They take care of your clothes as if they are their own. Most of all, their customer care team is easy to get ahold of and super helpful. I will DEFINITELY continue using their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality laundry service. read more

J&G management, this cannot be an "isolated" issue when I was informed by Panama, a manager that this happened because of a specific dryer being used and being located next to a restaurant. I was told to ask the worker which dryer she used on my clothes that day because this has happened before and you guys would have to hire someone to fix ventilation issues again. As soon as you walk into your establishment, you smell food. read more

I absolutely recommend their services. This was my first time using this laundromat. Due to my compromise health, I am unable to go outside to do my laundry. I saw their advertisement and like what I saw and decided why not. I love that you can book online. Their customer service is excellent. From pick up to drop off (they dropped off a day earlier) was superb. My clothes were handled great. Folded perfectly. Smelling great-nothing strong but a nice scent. I will be recommending this company to all my friends. read more

I've been using J&G for 2 years now. They are absolutely amazing when it comes to doing my laundry. I went from living in an apartment with washer/dryer to living in one without it. I normally do my own laundry but given what we are all going through i was going back & forth on how to handle washing clothes. I finally decided to look into a service that could help me. J&G have been life savers. They are prompt (even early at times) and efficient. They pick up laundry and bring it back smelling amazing and folded so neatly. The communication is awesome too, you always get to speak with a live person. They are affordable and everyone I've met or spoken with have been so so polite. If you need laundry services i would definitely recommend you use these guys !! read more

I am very pleased with the new management of this laundromat. I am able to get help if I need it and I don't have any problems. The machines and the laundromat are very clean and well managed. I will only come to this laundromat from now on. read more

Initially left a poor review for this business but now dealings with the owners efforts to correct the errors are admirable! However, I really have an issue with Panama...no INTEGRITY whatsoever. One bad apple w/o integrity has caused me to shy from this business but the effort is respected, so thank you! read more

This Laundromat is the best I've been to. They have an app that lets you communicate super efficiently with them. They're so convenient that you could leave your laundry by your door they'll pick it up and drop it off with out any face to face interaction which is great for any worry about COVID. The owners are really hands on as well, I've seen them work if one of their employees is on vacation or off. Really a pillar in our community, Thank you guys for such great work! read more

Decided to give this laundromat a try, since it's under new management.... it was a pleasant surprise! For starters, the place is nice and clean and didn't have an issue finding an available machine. Also, they use coins instead of the money cards like every other place (which I hate bc the machine never works or I leave the card at home and have to rebuy). Last but not least, I received a free cup of soap! I like anything free ha! Staff is nice, Highly Recommend this place. read more

I've been using this service for a few months now and I absolutely love it! All the employees are very professional and kind. I had the opportunity to have my laundry picked up by one of the owners, Gabriel, and he was very pleasant and warm. Their prices are reasonable and the service is just great! They always call before pick up and drop off, and really try to do it in the time frame you choose on the site. My laundry comes back folded very neatly and smelling amazing. Absolutely love! I hate doing laundry and they've made my life so much easier, especially during this pandemic. Their customer service is beyond amazing and whenever I have any questions, they are prompt on answering me back. You can tell they have your best interest at heart, something that is rare to see now a days with businesses (Thank you Gabriel and Panama) I use their pick up & drop off service and it's sooo great and convenient! The clothes arrive on time, washed and folded in side a large plastic bag (placed inside your laundry bag) which is great because your clothes are extra protected. But wait it's not any type of fold either; No no, I'm convinced they have a team of army vets folding the clothes because it's immaculate. I seriously don't want to touch their master piece of a fold lol. Just know you can trust your clothes in their hands and you'll never want to unfold your clothes after they drop it off. read more
