I explained to her how I don't like my hair being dark and thought the extensions didn't look like the right color and she ensured me they were right and they will blend in and it'll look great to trust her. Being at a very nice salon I pay $925.00 assumed she knew what she was doing and would make it work the way I asked for. During the appointment she continuously kept me in directions I couldn't see the progress of my hair. In the end she added the extension and completely darkened my hair into a dark brown with a red look to it while also covering up my highlights I had just recently done. I truly hate what she did to my hair and hope no one else has to experience this. On top of all that she seems to have booked another appointment too soon and sat them down and rushed me through to get to her next customer she failed to blend and style my hair leaving my bangs looking like Dora the explorer and leaving the lengths of my hair uneven looking like a child had cut it. I had to go to someone else to get it styled properly so it looks presentable. Attempted to get some sort of refund only for her and the owner of her shop to verbally gang up on me being rude and telling me I got exactly what I asked for when I know I never asked for this color or my highlights to be covered up. I normally go to my stylist at Supercuts but they are not able to do extensions so I came to Veronica hoping to feel beautiful after a morning at the salon. Upon arrival, the salon, although it is tucked away in an older shopping center off of Foothill, was very inviting and modernly simplistic with a great energy! lAnny was my stylist and was fabulous! She did a great long layer cut on me, she was thorough and took her time with me to do it right. Anny was patient with my son and gave him a handsome style. The staff was awesome, as I was holding my son and he began getting fussy, another one of the stylists (male) came over with his smart phone and played animal sounds for the baby to keep him still and entertained until Anny was done. She then asked how are your kids "- like are they bad kids or are they ok for a haircut." Bad kids?
