This place is great and affordable! I wanted my hair layered and it is just what I got! I had been to high end salons that didn't impress me at all. I don't know why but whenever I ask for layers I never get what I want until now. They also styled my hair beautifully! My hair style lasted until the next day! read more

Classy Cuts and Color - My new layered haircut! They curled it for me so beautifully! - Hair Salons Near Me - La Verne, California

I went in very skeptical because after all, you get what you pay for when it comes to haircuts. I usually go to a high end place but I needed to save money and was in desperate need of a haircut. I was impressed. Maria did a great job on cutting my hair and fringe bangs. The color was perfect as well! I was very happy.! read more

Came in per a FB post of theirs asking locals to "Shop Small Business Saturday". Hey they got me in. I called and they told me I could come right on down so I did. Small parking lot but there is parking on the street. Very clean establishment...extremely nice ladies on staff. I'm getting a color and cut. Wish me luck... this will be the second time I dye my hair ever ago im a little nervous. Will update reviewwhen I'm done. read more

I came in for what I would call an hair emergency and needed to have it fixed asap, Maria was kind enough to fit me in and fix my hair and I've never been happier. I am recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you, I will be coming back to see her. read more

I made an appointment and went in for a haircut. They were able to take me on such short notice so that was nice, I guess. Connie did my hair. When she was washing my hair, she was talking to another lady in the shop. Normally I'd be fine with that but then Connie kept splashing water all over my face and shirt. Obvs distracted. The hair cut was okay. She cut my hair and thinned it out like I asked her. She even gave me advice on how to tame my hair. It's worthy to mention that the lady she was talking to kept looking my direction. Connie and her were still talking. It was in Spanish so I couldn't understand but I'm pretty sure they were talking about me. It made me very uncomfortable. However, she did not cut my hair how I asked. I came in with a photo of the style I wanted and it's almost like she ignored it. I wanted a pixie cut, I got a bowl/bob cut. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I paid full price for a cut I didn't want. I don't want to deal with the hassle of going back and getting it fixed. I feel like I'm better off going elsewhere. read more

I called after seeing the reviews on Yelp. I spoke to Maria, who took me in right away. At first, I was surprised by how small the salon was. It definitely was a little "hole-in-the-wall-off-the-beaten-path" type of place. However, don't let this humble exterior deter you like it almost did me. You see, I really needed a haircut and did not have much time to look for another place. So, I just went for it and hoped for the best. I gave her a picture of the look that I wanted and, lo behold, I got it. Maria was amazing. I can honestly say that I have found the place for me. Thank you, Yelp! read more

I went in for the first time today, found it to be affordable. Probably the cheapest haircut you can get in La Verne. I paid $20 for a wash, cut, and quick dry. My stylist was Maria, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend her. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about this place! I have been coming here for about a year now and I am in LOVE! they listen to what I want and are constantly checking in with me to make sure I like what they are doing with my hair. The staff is so friendly and I have never felt awkward or not welcome there. They are very professional and always do a wonderful job with my hair. They are also very affordable! I got my hair washed, cut in layers, and fully blow dried for $28! Last time I was there they told me they have a special all year to get your hair washed, cut, dyed or highlighted, and blow dried for only $99 (so I have plans to take advantage of that). I highly recommend it and I can guarantee that I will be coming back here from now on! read more

do not go here!!!! trust me! if i could give negative stars i would. just got back from getting my hair styled and the lady butchered my hair. Keep in mind my hair was about the middle of my back!! she tried to tell me that's what i asked for but it was not! i left this place in tears. i literally walked out without paying. she had the nerve to be upset!!! i have attached pictures from what i wanted to what i got.......horrible! do not go unless you are getting a trim. read more

I went here today with my daughter to get her cut into a pixie cut. After reading the yelp reviews and seeing the outside of the business, I thought we would give it a shot. Needless to say I took about 2 seconds. I asked 2 questions to the older lady that was there. I didn't get an answer to either question. I asked "how much experience she had" and "if she thought she could do a pixie cut on my daughter." I got a heavily accented Spanish speaking women that had no idea what I said to her. I'm sure she is a nice lady but if I don't speak Spanish how is she going to understand what my daughter wants. There was only one person there at the time I went. One star for probably being a nice lady another star for being clean. read more

I've been going to this place for a couple of years now and always telling myself "its not that bad", and i'm not real picky. And i really wanted to support my town. Well today I'm saying its bad enough i will not be returning. Every time I've gone in i get a different person and i get charged a different price every time. I walked in today and the owner was sitting with a customer waiting for color to dry or something and she told me she didn't have time and for me to come back tomorrow. She never offered to have me wait just that she didn't have time. It was 5 in the afternoon and they close at 7. She could have cut my hair in between her waiting but i guess visiting with her client was more important than servicing another customer. This is not the first time she has been rude. I guess i have to find a new place because i will not be returning to this place any time soon..... read more
