I was treated as if I had no knowledge of hair services or standards, as though I had never paid for professional hair work before. The quality felt less than a one-star experience. I also get my eyelashes done by Carissa and she is the BEST!!!! I have gotten them done elsewhere but lemme tell you the difference is how full and "tight" the lashes feel. When I say "tight" you know that the lashes are secured and will last a Long time which they do. I was impressed from my first session and have been only coming to Carissa . Prices are great as well! Veronica didn't simply make my hair darker--she created a customized dimensional brunette blend with gorgeous dark highlights that completely exceeded my expectations. Being at a very nice salon I pay $925.00 assumed she knew what she was doing and would make it work the way I asked for. During the appointment she continuously kept me in directions I couldn't see the progress of my hair. In the end she added the extension and completely darkened my hair into a dark brown with a red look to it while also covering up my highlights I had just recently done. I truly hate what she did to my hair and hope no one else has to experience this. On top of all that she seems to have booked another appointment too soon and sat them down and rushed me through to get to her next customer she failed to blend and style my hair leaving my bangs looking like Dora the explorer and leaving the lengths of my hair uneven looking like a child had cut it. I had to go to someone else to get it styled properly so it looks presentable. Attempted to get some sort of refund only for her and the owner of her shop to verbally gang up on me being rude and telling me I got exactly what I asked for when I know I never asked for this color or my highlights to be covered up.
