She completely revived my red hair and was so accommodating with setting up a time that worked for me. I also enjoyed how welcoming she is and how easygoing she is. Being at a very nice salon I pay $925.00 assumed she knew what she was doing and would make it work the way I asked for. During the appointment she continuously kept me in directions I couldn't see the progress of my hair. In the end she added the extension and completely darkened my hair into a dark brown with a red look to it while also covering up my highlights I had just recently done. I truly hate what she did to my hair and hope no one else has to experience this. On top of all that she seems to have booked another appointment too soon and sat them down and rushed me through to get to her next customer she failed to blend and style my hair leaving my bangs looking like Dora the explorer and leaving the lengths of my hair uneven looking like a child had cut it. I had to go to someone else to get it styled properly so it looks presentable. Attempted to get some sort of refund only for her and the owner of her shop to verbally gang up on me being rude and telling me I got exactly what I asked for when I know I never asked for this color or my highlights to be covered up. I normally go to my stylist at Supercuts but they are not able to do extensions so I came to Veronica hoping to feel beautiful after a morning at the salon. And she teaches me how to style it so it stays looking that nice. It's the kind of haircut that makes you want to take a selfie all the time... Second she's great conversationalist. Ya know how some people just know how to make others feel comfortable and at ease? Well Nicole is one of those and since I'm not the best at making small talk that's especially nice. Third the salon feels like a spa. The chairs are comfortable, the people are nice, and they offer you coffee or WINE or water to make you feel even more comfortable. And since I usually get my hair cut after work - it's a really nice way to unwind and just feel good. Fourth are her prices - they are such good prices! I used to go to Beverly Hills to get my hair done and the job Nicole does is just as good for way less money and I don't have to drive an hour to get there. Overall I'm extremely happy!!
