They have good for all sports and activities, just like most other Dick's store. There shoe section is one of the biggest one I have ever seen in a Dick's store. Checkout registers are available on both ends of the store, very convenient for customers exiting from two ends of the store. As I explored the store, found some really good World Cup merchandises. Some of them I had not seen before in other places. My family members also found some shoes they liked. The staff members were very helpful, assisting us with finding sizes and trying out the shoes. But some shoes and apparels seemed to be pricier or do not have discounts that the brand would have, ie: Adidas shoes were cheaper on their website than at Dicks. Overall I was very impressed with the quality, inventory and service of this store.

I received notification from Dick's Sporting Goods and also FedEx that it had arrived at my house today however what I found was simply too posts which make up part of the unit but that was all. So in other words I received something that was totally unusable and didn't compromise the majority of the parts that were supposed to arrive constituting the whole unit. I'm including two pictures attached here. One is an actual picture of what the unit is on the website and the other is what arrived at my house. I called the online store location since that is where it ultimately came from and they didn't know what they were doing and it took me forever to get them to understand what the problem was even though it's a very simple scenario and they told me that I would either have to repack everything and let FedEx pick it back up and wait for a new order to come in or I could wait for them to contact the manufacturer and see how long it would take them to replace whatever pieces are missing. I got no idea of how long either option would take. So I spent time repackaging everything for a future FedEx pick up. I called the Woodbridge Dick's Sporting Goods store to give feedback to the store because they are the ones that I paid for this and they are the ones to put the order in and I have to say that I didn't get any empathy at all. I'm sure that I wasn't in a good mood when I spoke to them but they weren't at all helpful or nice about it. They weren't rude either. All I can say is, after spending a little bit less than 1000 bucks, I really thought I would get better service and results than this. I'm hopeful that UPS does come and pick up what they sent and then brings me a new box that contains all the parts so that I can actually have what I paid for. I don't know how long that'll take no idea but hopeful. I would advise anybody to be very careful shopping there to make sure that things are done properly.

When I walked in, immediately no less than 4 employees greeted me. I was hiking if this is a new thing? I came to just look and I wasn't very serious about buying anything. The sudden change in temperature made me think that I do actually need some thermal shirt tops. They have thermals but not the exact type that I am used to. I like the old school thermal long sleeve tops with the little squares. If was all good though, I got to see what they have which is a lot of nice stuff!

It seems as every DICK's carry different styles, so be sure to check a few locations out. The staff here were friendly and sweet, and they had a great system of looking up the shoe and delivering them to you to try them out. There could be more seating area, as it was super limited, and there are various cashier points around the store for an easier checkout. I ended up purchasing two - I like the Rambler bottle straw caps better than the default screw top lid that comes standard with Yeti water bottles. The Rambler bottle straw cap (I don't use the straw) - allow one to open the bottle and drink one handed. I have several Yeti water bottles - so one of my smaller bottles has now transitioned from the standard screw top to the Rambler. Plenty of Yeti products in supply. Service was good. I remember years ago that they used to sell even camping equipment and items like hunting gear but it looks like they no longer carry such items based on my visit today. The store ioffers wide selection of popular brands, including Nike, Adidas, and North Face, as well as their own private-label brand, DSG. I did score on a pair of running shoes that were on sale and a decent price but decided to put my workout gear back as to. I know I can find better prices online. Price point set aside, I appreciate the variety of products and at least knowing there is a solid sporting good s store in the area. Extremely disappointing experience with Dick's Sporting Goods…read more I recently had knee surgery and was unable to leave my house or drive for an extended period of time. I am a volleyball coach and regularly tell all of my players to shop at Dick's Sporting Goods. My husband is also a basketball coach and recommends Dick's to his players as well, so our family has spent a significant amount of money with this company over the years. I had purchased knee pads in both a medium and a small. My daughter tried on the medium, which fit, and never even tried on the small. I was still within the 90-day return period and simply wanted to exchange the unused, brand-new small pair for a different size. Because of my surgery, I could not drive until my doctor medically cleared me. The closest Dick's Sporting Goods is an hour away, so once I was finally able to drive, I made the long trip and spent a considerable amount of money on gas just to make this return. Not only did they refuse to exchange an unused item that was still within the 90-day period, but the manager was extremely condescending and rude about it. I was not asking for a refund or trying to return something used. I simply wanted to exchange an unused pair of knee pads for the correct size. After years of recommending Dick's Sporting Goods to my athletes and spending money there myself, this experience has seriously changed my opinion of the company. The policy may be the policy, but the way this situation was handled, especially by the manager, was completely unacceptable. Customer service and common sense should matter, particularly when a customer is making a reasonable request under unusual circumstances.

Stanley galore everywhere..I mean, geeeez, an entire wall plus additional shelves. Then there were the new trending brands as well as the OGs such as Yeti. I definitely skipped all of these trending brands and went for one that actually looked nice and served the purpose. They do maintain the organization of the items pretty well, so kudos to that. The staff on the floor were nice in guiding me to the sections with the tumblers. I want to give more stars, but the checkout line was soooo slow. One customer decided she wanted to go back to the floor and grab another item. Instead of letting me go ahead or taking me on another register or calling another employee, the employee just had me stand there waiting....I literally had one item. There is plenty of parking available in front of the store.

I stopped into Dick's the other day for a can of Mace. I walk downtown daily and have had a few…read morealmost-altercations with drivers who don't understand they need to stop for pedestrians who are halfway across cross walks with the walk signal, so I wanted to arm myself in case I ever encounter an extra aggressive motorist. I used to have a can on hand when I worked in a fairly dangerous part of North Philly (that I never used), but that stuff expires after a few years, so it was time to refresh! When I walked in with my mom, we were immediately greeted and assisted with finding the Mace. They actually had a large selection of cans, which I thought was pretty random but nice. I chose the pink one without tear gas for $15 and was quickly on my way. The rest of the store seemed clean and well-designed, but I didn't stick around to browse. This location is in the Willow Lawn shopping center surrounded by a bunch of other chains, but parking was easy on Sunday. I'd return for sporting goods or some more Mace if needed in the future. Let's hope I never have to use it!
