Decided to try this nal salon for the first time for me. I usually read reviews on places to make…read moremy decision to make an appointment & go there. Having said that, reviews here are mixed, but I decided to make an appointment to see for myself. Being my first outing out to have an overdue pedi since I've been homebound in back surgery recovery, I was excited to have a relaxed, pampering experience, which I did NOT get. I decided to go for the "deluxe" pedi advertised on their pricing board for $40, to which I also added on a paraffin treatment for an extra $8 as advertised. The lady that did my pedi, not sure of her name since she never really introduced herself so I'm assuming she was the owner, Jazmin's mother or sister. Pedi was uncomfortable & at times painful for me with rough scraping around & underneath my nails. So much so, that I STILL have a very sore spot underneath my big toe that now hurts with every step. Pedi was meticulously slow, couple that in a chair that didn't go back far enough for me to extend my legs comfortably, as the length of this pedi in this chair my legs were cramping up. These were the only 2 staff working & tagged team each other in my appointment. All I was having done for a mani was a cut/file down on my natural nails with polish & 2 fingers of nail art. Told this lady how I wanted my nails filed & the end result was uneven in both shaping & length. She asked me after filing the first nail how I liked it for shaping & it was good, however the rest were not. Now after the hand massaging & filing, she now goes to work on another client as now Jazmin takes over to do my polish & liked the nail art she did on my 2 nails. Checking out at the front, Jazmin now tells me the pedi is $55, to which she evidently raised the price from what was stated on her pricing board! Then the total changed 3 different times when I questioned it! From $100, to $103, then $110 that I was later told when I called back the salon afterwards for clarification since I was STILL confused at how she arrived at that total! I left a $15 tip on my card when I was given the 1st total of $100. Jazmin helped me get my credit card out of my wallet so the color wouldn't smudge on my wallet to which it did anyway, so she then cleaned it off, even though I was told my nails were dry, apparently not. As I was gathering my wallet, water bottle getting ready to leave, Jazmin then walks back to her other client, loudly announcing to her other staff worker that my total was$128 & that I left a $15 dollar tip, in front of the rest of the clients in the salon to hear. Totally unprofessional & inappropriate! Not sure if she did that to embarrass me or what, but I was appalled. I called her back once I was home for clarification on the total amount of bill & asked for a itemized receipt to be emailed to me to which she said couldn't be done, so she then verbally went over the pricing over the phone. When I questioned her pricing while still in the salon for her pricing discrepancy on the pedi, she said she would "throw in" the nail art on 2 nails for free, told her she didn't need to do that. So now on the phone, after her explanation of charges which now changed again, I did say to her....then your advertised pricing is then WRONG! To which she had no comment to that. I felt conflicted about giving a bad review, as I don't wish to admonish anyone's small business, but felt under these circumstances this should be made available for people to make their own decisions. Having said that, this was MY experience. From the noise level to her babies high pitched crying & little dog's yapping, coupled with the rest explained above, this was not the relaxed atmosphere I was looking to have. If anything, the whole experience caused me even more stress. Not to mention that the whole pricing debacle was in my opinion, unethical & deliberately misleading. Lesson learned that I will in the future will definitely ask to confirm pricing at any other salon I will go to in the future.

Wait for the business Reply and you will know what I'm talking about!!!…read more I was previously a loyal and generous client of this salon due to the quality of service I once received. Also due to my passion for supporting small family businesses , However, my recent experience revealed a deeply concerning and unacceptable environment that I believe the public should be aware of. After a service that failed within two days, I contacted the salon and was scheduled for a corrective appointment. Upon my arrival, I was met with hostility and blatant unprofessionalism from one of the technicians. She greeted me with a dismissive and rude attitude and treated me disrespectfully throughout my visit. In front of other customers, she spoke about me in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. Even more concerningly, she loudly discussed a personal altercation she had earlier that day with a neighboring contractor. During this conversation, she made offensive and discriminatory remarks about Arab individuals, and generalized negative comments about immigrants, stating that immigrants should "go back to their countries." As someone of Arab background, I found these remarks deeply offensive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. She also made aggressive statements about possessing a weapon and suggested she would not hesitate to use it if provoked, creating an atmosphere that felt unsafe and hostile. Disturbingly, several customers who appeared to be her personal friends were present during this time. Rather than helping to de-escalate the situation, they seemed to encourage and cheer on her loud, inappropriate behavior. No one intervened to stop the harassment, which only contributed to the toxic and unsafe environment. Ironically, while the technician repeatedly bragged about being highly educated and calling herself the "doctor of nails," her behavior reflected the opposite of professionalism, business ethics, and basic customer service standards. Her conduct was entirely inconsistent with what one would expect from someone claiming to be highly educated!! While the older sister handled the situation more professionally -- redoing my nails without charging me , promising me that she will talk to " her mom " about her young sister, and confirming that her sister talks too much and apologizing for her sister's inappropriate behavior -- unfortunately, professionalism and safety are non-negotiable for me. A safe, welcoming, and respectful environment should be the minimum expectation for any business. I prioritize my peace of mind and well-being, and unfortunately, the environment here did not provide that. A safe, calm space is essential for relaxation, and it was disappointing to experience hostility and unnecessary noise. Women, in particular, deserve an environment where they can unwind without harassment or discomfort. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this salon to anyone, especially those from minority or immigrant backgrounds. I hope the management takes immediate and serious action to address these serious issues for the safety and dignity of all clients.

I have been a sporadic customer for the last 20 years, and I always leave content but never thrilled. I don't like that they state a pedicure is $35 but tend to randomly charge you $37 or $42. I got more than one regular polish color, no nail art, and they charged $42 :/ C'mon... $35 plus tip is plenty. I also didn't love that they kept putting the buffed skin, clipped toenails, and excess sugar scrub back in my tub water. I feel like they should've just used a fresh hand towel and took care of that in the back during clean up. I do appreciate they use disposable plastic tub coverings, so there is a fresh one for each customer- safer. All technicians wear gloves. There are several technicians so the wait time isn't terrible. The color selection for regular polish could be more extensive and better organized. The ventilation could be better. They did not offer me a beverage and it wasn't overly busy- I just always think that's a nice touch. The pedicure did give a small massage and some exfoliating. With dry time, I was in and out in an hour. There are tvs but no sound/music on. The drying stations for toes is just two baby fans plugged in the wall (see pic.) Overall, it's a convenient location and decent.

My real nails are naturally long . this nail tech proceeded to clipping my nails short then filed them even shorter because he clearly could not execute the almond shape . once one nail was destroyed I had no choice but get the other fingers like as possible. Damage was already done. I don't wear fake nails just gel over lay or shellac and now my natural nails have to grow back. I looked like I needed a fill in soon as I got up. I asked for a manager he was not helpful at all .. my cuticles were a mess and hurting the work was so sloppy. I even asked if Emily could service me or someone who knew what they were doing. I have been here several times and this was by far the worst . I will never go back. They do not listen all they care about is you paying for the service they do not care to correct their mistakes. I felt really unheard and disrespected for you to expect to be fully compensated for a service you could not execute properly And I have to walk around with the disaster of nails. Lastly I had somewhere to be and he took almost two hours doing my nails so even if they were willing to fix my nails, I had already wasted enough time as it was just, constantly trying to guide the nail tech into doing my nails correctly.. He understood English up until I started addressing the way my nails were turning out.. I did not want to get out that chair a mess and I did. I hated my nails and I made that clear respectfully and I felt they didnt feel like my feelings were valid . I Paid them just because I'm very unproblematic and It was never about the money . It was simply the principle , why are you expecting full payment and you knew my nails were trash and I wasn't happy with the service . SMH NEVERRRRRRR AGAIN.!
