I read some reviews here and while most were good some were bad. I bought a vehicle there recently…read moreand my experience was nothing but excellent. I've never purchased a used vehicle so I was skeptical as the stigma of a used car sales and was stuck on my mind.. Rafael was the guy I worked with and he went above and beyond my expectations and made my experi nice somenjoyable that I'm posting a review here. Here are a couple of things that made my experience excellent. 1- Durng my test drive I swung by my mechanics garage for him to look it over. Turns out my mechanic was very familiar with Stamas auto sales and said they were a top notch dealership. He said I won't have any issues with them as their vehicles were usually good but their service was very good. Said they stand by their customers. So...this was important to me because I trust my mechanic who's worked on my cars for over 20 years. Also, everything the Stamas mechanic had list as needing be fixed did line up with what my mechanic saw. 2- the night I was supposed to pick up my truck the they were having issues getting the inspection complete. Rafael stayed until 7 with the inspection dude but there just wasn't enough time to drive the truck around for up to an hour to have the system clear the codes. At this point we had already done the paperwork to trade and my registration was transferred to the new truck. But i was to go on vacation that night and really didn't want to take my old rusty truck with my kids in it. James, Rafael and Lee let me use another vehicle on the lot to take the kids down to the beach. A very nice thing to do and the kids loved the temp car because it had an entertainment screen and they got to watch a movie on the way down. 3- After I picked up the truck the next day a strut busted a few days later. Even though it wasn't listed as things to fix they replaced the strut at no cost to me. So I give a thumbs up to the dealership and especially Rafael. He is a stand up honest guy who really made the experience exclellent.

I wish I could leave these guys a good review, but sadly, I can't. My son bought a used car from…read morethis place about 5 months ago, and it's been nothing but problems. He konked out on the highway and needed a tow. Within about 3 months, an axelrod needed replacing, the ignition coil failed, timing belt needed replacing, battery needed replacing, and the brake pads needed replacing! Since it was my son's first car, I 'thought' that getting a car from a dealer was a safer bet, rather than some random dude in a private sale from the internet. Wrong. Poor kids first car has been nothing but a lemon so far. You expect a few things to go wrong with used cars, but it's been one thing after another, and VERY soon after we bought it. Whoever these mechanics are who are going over these cars before they get put up for sale certainly aren't making sure they're safe. The people here were nice and easy to deal with, but the car? A big nope! Sorry.
