My son was a little unsure after negative experiences at the first two stops. After the 35-minute drive, (this better be good, that is a long way in RI) we were both immediately impressed by the selection of vehicles and how clean they were. Amazes me how many dealers cars are dirty, have missing or broken parts, or all of the above. Every car appears well cared for, is clean and ready to drive home. With Paul's help my son quickly narrowed it down to two cars. He drove both and chose a beautiful v50 wagon. Paul and Louie were both very knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot. They were available to answer questions, but never once did we feel pressured. Before we left I test drove a mint XC70. Paul and Louie took care of all the paperwork and registration. The following day both cars were delivered to our driveway. If in the market for a quality used Volvo, Toyota or Honda, make your last stop Volare. Fair price, good cars and so far a great experience, really can't recommend them enough.

Fair, transparent pricing and hassle free process. Additionally, Michael Bernardo provided me with outstanding customer service. First time I was looking to use the service contract, the garage I brought my car to points out that some part of the contract was incorrectly filled by me and that Fidelity wasn't able to provide coverage unless corrected. Contacted Michael who was on it very quickly and things went smoothly from there. Keep in mind, this was my error and he took the time to make sure things went OK. ( I can't Go to them in person) . 2- I had pleasant experience with them so they did try to help but the dealer owner push only 3rd party warranty and does not sell any CPO Extension. I have tried to reach to dealers in my state (Washinton & Oregon) they all had 3rd party warranty and all of them were extremely expensive, cheapest was 3500 for 24 k miles extra / 2 more years. This is where Michael Bernardo shines @SteingoldVolvoCars . he was solution oriented. After sharing with him the original selling dealer does not sell extensions, he was able to get an exception from Volvo and extended the CPO warranty to 10 years / 100 k miles. By Far in any type of calculation the CPO Price for extensions is most cost effective and most secure choice for peace of mind Was Michael. after choosing the coverage I want and made a payment , within 12 hours he got the extension signed and sent . for anyone in the same position or live in same zone (Portland Oregon / Vancouver Washinton) . I have zero complaints about this vehicle. The purpose of today's visit was to buy a second Jeep Grand Cherokee, my son recently turned 16 so we needed another car in the family. I have transmission issues, electrical issues for all my windows. My ac doesn't work and the very first time I drove the car, it over heated and shut off because the coolant tank had issues. They installed a new tank and now it's worse. I smell burnt coolant when I turn off my car, the car won't shift out of first gear without draggging. I go to get my car looked at and again the owner disregarded me while the secretary tried to convince him to help me. I am looking into suing for child endangerment. I have a 6 month old and 3 other kids I take care of by myself. They know this and do not care. If I had a choice not to drive my car I would but I don't have that option. But I am STILL paying this car off. I'm still under warranty and they just want to wait till it runs out so they can tell me they can't fix my car. Ridiculous
