They did the oil change with the recommended oil and filter, then they even took my tires off and checked my brakes and front end and brought me inside the garage to show me my car. These guys provide great quality service at half the cost of what the dealership charges! And they are a family owned local business! Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. The technicians at Ford put my car on a lift and then told me I needed a new fuel pump, ring , seal and gas tank for a total of $2,700, mind you they never dropped the tank for inspection. I declined and took my car home. The next day I called Norwest and explained to them my situation. One of the owners explained that while I might need a fuel pump it seemed highly unlikely I'd need to replace the tank but suggested I make an appointment and they'd be happy to take a look at it. I dropped the car off a few days earlier than my appointment day. In that time frame they looked it over and determined that my gas tank was perfectly fine, and all I needed was a fuel pump. They were able to get the part and install it and I had my vehicle back the same day as what my appointment was scheduled for. It was also very reasonable on price compared to the Ford Dealership. I will never take my vehicle back to a "Stealership", as I am sold on Norwest's service, knowledge and flexibility. The best part is they are literally a up the street from my house, so it's convenient to drop it off and pick it up.
