High Ride is the best part of my day. The community that has been created is beyond compare. After over 100 classes, it's pretty safe to say I am hooked! Every instructor is amazing, inspiring, and challenges you to be your best self. I love this place! read more

I can't say enough good things about High Ride! The owners Megan and Scott are awesome and every single instructor is motivating and inspiring in their own way. You are guaranteed to leave each class a sweaty happy mess. The music is awesome and class flies by. The best part about this studio is there is never any talk about weight/size/fitness level and everyone is made to feel really welcome.I couldn't be happier to be part of the High Ride community! read more

High ride has become the only place I workout-- it's a challenge EVERY TIME and the instructors and community are so so special. Love this place. I wouldn't go to a 5 am class anywhere else! You'll sweat, you'll laugh, and you'll leave feeling incredible physically and mentally. Plus it's FUN. So fun!! Cycling shoes are free every class, and the studio and restrooms are always clean and have everything you need to shower quickly before heading to work. Don't sleep on high ride, it's literally the best. read more

Lots of good to mention. Free and plentiful parking outside. The facility is new and nice, the bikes are top notch and they offer shoes for rent. The class is great. The spin they offer is more of the cardio-based really fast, New York style spin where the music is carefully chosen and everyone is literally moving in sync like back up dancers for some pop star. This makes it a lot of fun. The instructor was top notch. They have weights at the back of the bikes which are tiny and at first impression, I thought were comically small. However, I quickly realized why they were so small. The amount of time you spend with your arms out and up will make it burn. No big weights needed. Here's why this place doesn't get 5 stars. It seems like the bathroom was a huge logistical oversight. It is single occupancy toilet and shower. So you're screwed if you arrive to class and someone is using the shower from the previous class and you have to go to the bathroom bad. Be ready to hold it in for the next 60 minutes while trying to ride. You're screwed if there is more than one person needing to shower and you have to get ready quickly to make it to work. You essentially have to sit in the lobby and wait for the previous person to shower, get dressed, etc. leave, then it's your turn to shower. It seems like there was enough room to compartmentalize the toilet into it's own space so you wouldn't run into this situation. Also speaking from a man's perspective. I have no idea what the women's bathroom looked like. If you can remember to use the bathroom before you go and not need to shower there, then you're good. read more

Started going here. Love the classes. Lisanne, one of the instructors, is amazing! Check out her classes. Good for beginners with instruction but definitely will work your ass! Plan on continuing my classes here for sure! read more

Amazing. Great crew, great workout, great energy, amazing community. Try it, you will be happy you did!

Having traveled from work, I have experienced my fair share of spin studios and instructors. I know what I like when it comes to intensity, atmosphere, music and instructor hype. I've taken spin classes in Portland, Maine, Boston, Austin, Nashville and now Denver. High Ride tops the list. High ride is the entire package - friendly service at the front desk, moviating instructors, themed classes and excellent music selection. High ride recently moved to a new location in the Edgewater Target plaza. This new space is beautiful! There are more bikes, lockers and more room in the lobby for pre- and post- class socializing. The instructors are non-judgemental and always willing to help. Overall 5-stars! read more

High Ride Cycle is home away from home! The instructors and staff make you feel like family every single time you walk in! I've tried several spin studios and none compare to the energy and authenticity that High Ride has. Not only an amazingly challenging workout but music that makes you forget that you're working so hard. This place is incredible and never disappoints! read more

I tried really hard to not write a novel, but that obviously didn't work out... Let's start by saying that one word comes to mind when people ask me about my cycle gym. The magical word is COMMUNITY. If you are ready to be drenched in sweat, make new friends, work out in a beautifully modern space and push yourself to higher limits than you thought possible, then this is your spot. Megan and Scott are the driving forces behind this fantastic establishment and you will see either of their faces on a daily basis if they are not instructing or working out right next to you. You will notice how much of themselves they pour into their business each and every day because, frankly you just can't hide being genuine. Here is a little background on why I believe that the spin gods lead me to my home away from home. I have now been living in Denver for about 4 months. However, when I moved to this lovely city from the Bay Area not knowing anyone or even having a workout routine, I knew I needed somewhere to belong . After trying a few studios via Classpass, I came across Hi Ride. I was a bit intimated since I wasn't a seasoned rider and the elevation is such a killer if you are coming from seal level. Essentially, I did not want to look like I was dying on the bike! Right when I walked in I met Megan and Rachel, both had the biggest smiles on their faces. They sized me perfectly with complimentary bike shoes (yes! that's right, they don't charge you to rent their shoes)! Megan then took it upon herself to ask me my name right away, asked me if I had ridden before and if I needed help setting up my bike to fit my body and comfort level. Obviously, I took her up on it! To nobody's surprise, after the first class I was hooked. I think I went to about 2 more classes before signing up for the monthly unlimited membership. I had no idea that this would be the space I would need to come to after a long stressful day at work or an early Saturday morning to sweat out Friday nights bad decisions. One of the biggest things I can recommend to you new riders who are looking to try something new is to give each of the instructors a whirl. They all have their own flavor and killer playlists that will NEVER disappoint. In closing, I would like to thank ALL of you at Hi Ride for being so good to the new girl from California and making me feel like I am apart of the Hi Ride family! read more

SOULCYCLE WHO?! This local Denver spin studio is second to none. My favorite thing about the High Ride instructors is their dedication to the RIDERS. They are there for US rather than having the spotlight on themselves. It is so fun to spin at High Ride because you truly feel like you're all in it together! read more

This is probably my favorite workout studio ever. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and kind--every single person I have interacted with from the front desk to the instructors is helpful and genuine. The atmosphere at High Ride is unbelievable! I started taking classes there as soon as I moved to Denver 4 months ago. 100+ rides later, this studio takes the cake as my all-time favorite place to workout! The community is diverse, friendly, and inspiring. The instructors are high energy, have killer music, and will kick your ass every time. And, the owners, Scott and Megan go out of their way to make you feel like a part of the family. This place will forever be the best way to start and end the day. Check it out! read more

High Ride made me fall in love with indoor cycling. I am not a cyclist by any means, but this studio makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in! The classes are always fun, the energy is high, the vibes are good, the music is loud and the choreo gives your whole body a workout! It's the most fun you'll have on stationary bike in a dark room! read more

tl;dr This is the best studio in Denver! Just try it! It had been a long time since I had worked out regularly. Earlier this year, I decided to make a change, and came upon High Ride through ClassPass. I had done spinning classes eons ago at a YMCA, but I had never tried anything quite like the classes at High Ride. I was a little intimidated to try it out, but decided to give it a shot. I am so, so grateful that I did. From the first moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The owners and instructors are all super-positive, helpful, and motivating. The classes are challenging but very fun, and I always leave feeling great! It's become an essential part of my exercise routine, and my only regret is not trying it sooner! read more

A year has passed since my last Yelp review of High Ride and I'm glad to say they're as good as ever! With growing popularity, more instructors and more class offerings, scaling their business has had no effect on the quality of the community they are cultivating. Keep it up, High Ride. We love you! read more

I went here for the first time last week and I loved it! It is in a cute location that is very up and coming. The staff was very nice and the instructor had a lot of energy! I loved how they incorporated some dance elements into the workout. I'm also glad they work on your arms as well with the weights. The music was awesome, and I loved how they turned the lights down low, and used fun lighting effects. I will definitely go back soon and recommend this place to anyone who loves cycling! read more

Super cool spot with amazing staff. I've been seeking a cycle spot since I moved from SF. I didn't find this spot until a month or two ago since I use Classpass & didn't have the Highlands in my filter/search. I saw an ad on FB & I'm so glad I popped in! The owners & the instructors I have met are welcoming & friendly. The classes are upbeat & I enjoy how choreographed each class is. Who doesn't love a 45 minute ride with upper body moves & riding to the beat of the music?! Classes go by fast & I always leave sweaty & feeling accomplished. I can't wait to take a class on the rooftop when summer rolls around again! read more

Great work out and so much fun! Always get nervous going to a class as a first timer (have had some intimidating, less than welcome experiences) and the High Ride instructors were SO. FRICKEN. AWESOME. I felt right at home, got help getting set up and then had an awesome work out. Great energy, lots of sweat, and you can push yourself as hard as you want- without getting judged. Thanks Alex & High Ride team for a great first class, I will be back for many more. read more

High Ride is by far my favorite cycling studio in Denver. Class is always fun and goes by very fast. Loud and upbeat music, very energetic and encouraging instructors (I like Megan & Lindsay's classes). Shoes are free (clip-in), provides water station and towels, shower available. Space is pretty neat & clean. Bikes here don't have monitor though. If you like dance party on bikes, this is the place! Parking is easy and plenty of street parking around. Studio is on the second floor of the building, can be a bit tricky to find. read more
