Absolutely love this studio! I've been coming to High Ride since they opened and everything about this place is fantastic. The owners are wonderful and so helpful and the instructors are a lot of fun. The new studio is beautiful, always clean, has plenty of parking and is in a great, central location. I really enjoy the overall body workout the classes provide (you don't get an arm workout in more traditional spin classes) and I can't get enough of riding to the beat of some really great music. Such a fun and super amazing workout! read more

I've been doing ClassPass for over a year and this is by far my favorite workout in Denver! My best friend and I started going when High Ride first opened (back in the old location) and it has been such a pleasure to see the business grow. The owners are awesome and so passionate about their work and community and it really shows! There are too many good things to say and I don't want to forget anything so I'm making a list: 1. Such a good workout! It's so much fun that you hardly care that you're sweating your ass off! Even on days where I come in feeling blah, I dance it out on the bike and leave feeling full of energy! It is totally beginner-friendly (I didn't spin before I came here) and you always feel inspired to challenge yourself. 2. Lots of great instructors! Megan, Lindsay, Alexa, and Will are some of my favorites, but you can't really go wrong. Everyone brings incredible energy, motivation, and music. The instructors are a huge reason why the workouts are so much fun! 3. Fun theme rides and events! They are always doing something new and offering great events and partnerships with other local studios and businesses. 4. The new studio space is gorgeous! I loved the old location, but this new space is a huge upgrade! Way more space for the busy in-between class times and a bigger room for more bikes. The space is always clean and the shoes are always free! 5. The community feeling here is real! The owners have managed to create such a welcoming space and everyone who rides here feels it (just read all these other reviews)! They make you feel like a friend, they remember the names and shoes sizes of all their regulars, and they are generally just lovely people. I also love that I am supporting young local business owners. So anyway, I'm clearly obsessed and you will be too! The first ride is free (for CO residents) so you've got nothing to lose! read more

High Ride is the most fun I've ever had working out! 45 min goes by so quickly with the mix of AMAZING music, choreography, high-energy instructors and weights. The workout is killer and you leave feeling so great about yourself. I would recommend High Ride 100 X over. #bookthatbike read more

I attended using ClassPass. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and gave a great workout. The studio is super clean, new, and has great complimentary amenities. read more

Just reviewing again because I love it here so much. I started going to High Ride when I first moved to Denver (my second day in the City) and I've been obsessed ever since! The owners are so amazing (hi Scott and Megan!) and all the instructors are super helpful and encouraging. I've gotten all my friends addicted so I always know someone when I show up. HIGHLY recommend, particularly if you're new to the area and looking to find a place to belong! read more

The entire team is incredible - such great energy and so much fun! I've never taken a class with an instructor I didn't like, but if you haven't taken a class with Megan or Lisanne yet - do it! Both of their classes are high energy and leave your mind and body feeling GOOD, plus they are such kind humans. While the instructors definitely make the classes killer, its the inclusive and welcoming community at High Ride makes the entire experience the best. Thanks, High Ride! read more

High Ride is a party and a workout all in one. Great playlists, AMAZING instructors, unbelievable workout, and just overall an awesome experience. I'll never go to another spin studio ever again! read more

This is the best spin/indoor cycling boutique I've been to by far. Amazing instructors, environment, and awesome work out.

SO GOOD Every. Damn. Time. No matter how often I go, I feel challenged in every class. The instructors are amazing and the energy that is produced in that room is unmatched. Hands down best spin studio in Denver! read more

High Ride is fantastic! Awesome instructors, great music, and an incredible workout in just 45mins!! It's a wonderful community that I'm proud to be a part of. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!! read more

Best spin studio in Denver! Instructors treat you like family, music is amazing, really is a dance party on a bike! Would highly recommend to anyone regardless of your fitness level. read more

Took advantage of their great deal for first time riders--I had been to spin classes before, but not with them, and wanted to check it out. Awesome experience. It's easy to find, first off. When I walked in, their staff were immediately welcoming and very friendly (but not pushy, which can happen at certain studios when you're designated as a newbie). Everything was clean and organized. They provide cycling shoes if you don't have your own. As for the class itself, Lisanne brought some incredible energy and I had a fantastic time. And when they promise a full body workout, they mean it. No half baked handlebar push-ups here. However, if you're a beginner, they make themselves very accessible for help and questions. Saw people of virtually every body type and experience level having a great time. Overall, would definitely recommend. My only regret is that I'm living out of state for a while, but every time I come back to visit family, I'll be sure to stop by. read more

I can't say enough about this studio- my favorite in Denver for sure! The instructors, owners, studio are fantastic. There is a great variety in the workouts and it never gets old!! read more

high ride is a dream. the instructors make you feel capable and powerful but also challenge you. it doesn't feel corporate or icky like other larger cycling places. they're personable and fun and silly and not ever robotic or aggressive. as someone who is rebuilding a relationship with healthy movement, high ride is a great place to be. they're validating, accepting and embracing of all body types, and it's cheaper than therapy! read more

I started to come to High Ride when I moved to Denver through ClassPass last year. I gave a few other studios a try, but I love High Ride the most! Everyone is friendly, the music is great, 45min of sweaty dance therapy! I wish I were able to go more often! :) read more

Top notch spinning classes and a very welcoming environment. Come in prepared to sweat and have a great time! Each class and instructor have their own flavor. It's so much fun! read more

I had never taken a spin class before starting at High Ride. Figured I'd take advantage of the new student special ($20 for 3 classes your first week) and then continue to shop around for a studio that was a perfect fit. Well, my search started and ended with High Ride. No reason to go elsewhere! Being new to spinning, I was intimidated by the "clip in" process my first time, but one of the instructors escorted me into the studio and was very kind to show me how the shoes & pedals worked. The studio is clean, the staff is friendly, and the workout is fun - 45 minutes fly by so fast. Online class registration is a breeze. I appreciate the 5:00 AM offering, which I think is hard to find at other gyms. The instructors strike a nice balance between encouraging you to go at your own pace, but also helping you push your limits. I also love the nice little touches that make a big difference in the experience (spare hair ties for when I forget, and free earplugs for when the music really gets pumping). This place is a gem! read more

Want an intense workout and an amazing community?! High Ride is your place! A few months ago, I was hesitant to go to High Ride because they don't have the electronic monitors and screens like many other cycling studios. Soon I learned how freeing it was to forget about the numbers and the competition with my neighbors... and just ride! I leave every class drenched in sweat, while feeling strong & rejuvenated. The owners and instructors take the time to get to know their riders and push you outside of your comfort zone to reach your fitness goals. If you like cardio, rhythmic workouts, you MUST try High ride. I would highly recommend. read more

High ride is the best! I used not to be a cycle girl, but this group of talent changed the game/ each instructor has their own ride which is awesome! The music is to die for.. literally your ass will get kicked! I love that it's a local studio too. Scott and Megan are some of the sweetest people and they won't forget you! That makes going to a gym even more worth it. You won't regret coming here. Get ready to sweat your booty off. read more

Best spin studio in Denver!! Great instructors, helpful staff, plenty of variety, and always a great workout!

I've been coming to High Ride for almost a year now through ClassPass and it really is the best cycle studio in Denver! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. I love the idea that each ride is your own and you're not compared to the other riders in the room. All the instructors I've taken here have been amazing, they each bring there own unique style while making the class challenging and fun. High Ride also has convenient class times that will work around any schedule. Don't hesitate to check them out!! read more

I absolutely love everything about High Ride Cycle! This was my first experience with indoor cycling and it has now become a new part of my workout routine. The classes fly by and are both fun and challenging. The instructors and front desk staff are second to none. I felt welcomed as part of the community from the very first time I stepped in the door. The studio is clean and well maintained and they even provide towels and free shoe rentals. What more can you ask for?! Thank you High Ride for giving me another activity and community that I can look forward to being a part of every time I come. I can't recommend this studio enough! read more

This place is literally the only workout that would get me out of bed at 4:30 on a below freezing day! I love High Ride and couldn't recommend them higher! read more

I'm not even a workout class person and I love this place. I love coming in and leaving all my stress outside. High rise is the best stress relief and most fun exercise I've ever done! read more

Best spin studio ever!! 1) you ride to the beat of the music and every single instructor picks bomb ass music! I've taking other spinning classes that ride in tempo ranges and it's just not as engaging as riding to the beat! There's nothing like struggling up a hill and having some heavy bass beats to power you through it. Also they do awesome music theme rides like today I went to a 90's/2000's ride that included shaggys it wasn't me and backstreet boys I want it that way. I was jamming harrrrrd! 2) they make sure you know this is YOUR ride. You don't compete with each other at High Ride; you support and push each other just by bringing your own positive vibes and hard work! There is no judgement or crazy instructors making you do a move that doesn't feel right for your body, which I have had before. And if you are a first timer they rent shoes to you for free, help you set up your bike, and make you feel like you belong. 3) they have awesome events with other small businesses in denver. For instance sometimes there is yoga after spin with The River yoga or they will have kombucha after from a local brewer. It really is a community. They also do fitness challenges that push you beyond where you thought your physical limits were! 4) the owners Megan and Scott are SO kind and great business owners. They memorized my name so quickly I was amazed! And they always say hi to me when I come in the studio. They really make you feel a part of a family rather than just a person that pays money and spins sometimes. I can't recommend High Ride enough! It is such an amazing locally owned business, and you really can tell the difference from the moment you check in at the front desk. read more

I've tried a few different studios in Denver, but High Ride is by far my favorite. All of the instructors are fantastic and high energy. Bikes aren't pre-assigned, so if I'm feeling extra good I can choose to ride front row, but if it was a sleepy morning, I have the option to slide into the back as well. You'll be exhausted but so energized after every class. Definitely give High Ride a try if you're looking for a studio! read more

Why can't I give High Ride 5+ stars? This studio is magical, the owners and instructors are passionate about what they do and want to help guide you to become stronger/get the killer workout you showed up for, while having fun! Like many other reviews stated there is many choices when it comes to gyms/studios reason I keep coming back for more is, the sense of community, awesome music, calorie burn in just 45mins, not just another cookie cutter franchise locally owned and you never get bored with the various theme rides and instructor styles. read more

I've been going to High Ride Cycle for a few months now, and I love it! The owners Scott and Megan are super nice and really care about their clients. They worked really hard with me on a pack of classes that I bought while I was pregnant and couldn't use until afterward I had my baby. They have been super supportive, and the classes have been an amazing way for me to get back in shape. My husband loves going to this studio as well, so it's a great, fun workout regardless of your activity level. I definitely recommend! read more

The class is super fun and goes by really fast! I love that there is never a problem with parking and it is in the same lot as king soopers and target so you can shop after. Being able to borrow shoes all the time is also really convenient and the staff is so kind! They will remember your name and make you feel so welcome(: and they have showers! Great fun place lol read more

There are many things to love about this studio. I appreciate it's convenient location, the sound system is great, I love the separate dumbbells as opposed to the bar that's used at the big chain competitor (I'll refrain from using names!) for upper body/arm work, I like the slightly smaller class size, and I have loved every instructor I've ridden with- they are upbeat and fun! There are also garage doors on the studio, so I'm assuming that fresh air/outdoor rides are in the cards though I haven't gotten to experience them as I've only ridden during winter months. However, I find this studio to be more expensive than other spin studios I've ridden at. Additionally, I don't think their equipment is as good. I've tried a couple of different sizes of shoes, and don't find them nearly as comfortable. Additionally, I don't like the large knob that adjusts the resistance (its drastically smaller on other bikes elsewhere) as I often bump it and change it unintentionally when moving on the bike. I've heard other riders and even an instructor say that this happens to them, too. I also don't love the lower piece of the handlebars as it's never used and seems to get in my way as well (I'll own that I'm mildly clumsy!), and yes, I've adjusted the bike numerous ways to try to fix this problem. Finally, I understand that riders are supposed to listen to their bodies and challenge themselves, but I like built in bike electronics that show power, RPMs, resistance, etc. as these things inspire me to push a bit more. I know that many riders have fitness tracker watches and such, but I do not and miss not having stats when I ride at Highride. Still, I would not discourage people from giving this place a try as you're sure to get a good workout in a fun environment. read more

I came to high ride with no cycling experience and what I found was much more than a great workout. Every time I leave class with new tunes, a sense of personal achievement, and loving vibes from the High Ride community. As soon as you walk in the doors you can't help but feel the positive energy. Thank you High Ride for helping me believe in myself and for all the love you give- it's infectious. read more

High Ride is an amazing place to get a great workout! The energy that the instructors have is motivating and fun! They encourage you to do your best! I cannot say enough good things about High Ride!! As a cycling newbie, I was super hesitant to go my first time. In the past I've had negative feelings towards group fitness, but I find myself feeling so comfortable, confident and challenged at High Ride. If you're thinking about checking it out, do it. If you're looking for a hard workout that's FUN this is the place. I love coming here a few times a week to supplement gym time and regular cardio.
