After waiting an hour in line in my car - there is no lobby or seating at all I had to use the bathroom and they jokingly said "$5" but it really didn't seem like a joke. Had I said yes they acually would ahve taken money from me. It was more forceful and honey pissed me off. We jsut moved and in our previous state that kind of thing is illigal. I'm not sure if it is in FL but it should be. The bathroom was however filthy once I did get in. Then they were all a little too comfortable with me (single white petite female) for my personal taste. (lots of mama, pretty girl, etc) there was a long line of cars on both booths so I know I was in fact safe but I do not like that kind of thing. Lastly, after supplying my own oil and filter it cost me $62...I have never paid that in my life. After switching out the gas cap, the light still didn't go off. We scheduled an appointment with them and they were kind and quick to get us in. My husband dropped off my car at 2:00pm on a Friday and the place was packed! That's always a good sign as others are using them, too. They were prompt in getting us in, communicating with us, and fixing the issue. In addition, they didn't even charge us because it was simply just resetting the light. They charged over $427 just to top off refrigerant... No diagnostics, no filter, no real explanation. When we followed up, they admitted the filter wasn't replaced and refused to offer any resolution, at bare minimum change the $20 filter for us considering the steep price they charged. They've always pushed upsells, but this felt careless and dismissive. We won't be returning, and I'd suggest others take their business somewhere that values customer service & respects their time and money.

They claim it's part of being transparent, but was not at all. If they assume you know nothing about cars they will try to take you for whatever they can. Took it in for brake pad change, they charged $90 for "full break system diagnostic" and recommended to change pads and rotors (which I already told them was the issue). Brakes now squeak worse than when I took it in. Plus the ABS light is on (was not going in). So....expensive break job that actually made it worse. More concerning: they severed the ground wire from engine to body. Then they tucked the loose wire away so I wouldn't see it assuming I wouldn't know what it was. Totally unacceptable and dangerous. Honestly, it was almost funny how insane some of the prices were. They tried to charge us for parts and labor like 3-5 times more than actual BMW dealers do. For example, a part that costs $500 on official BMW websites they told us is $1300, and labor for it was $2000. I really don't know how they come up with these numbers. Another thing, spark plugs that cost like $50 online they wanted $770 for them!! How did they even come up with this!? Plus insane labor price. Please be careful if you decide to take your car here. Do some research before agreeing to anything, because they SHAMELESSLY tried to take advantage of us. And I also regret paying $300 for the diagnostic check. The first time we came they did it for free, and now suddenly it's 300. Overall, not a good experience at all.

When I explained my frustrations to Tilly, he literally spoke over me and responded with, "Lady just pay the bill and get out of my store. I don't want to hear your mouth anymore". If you think I am lying, PULL UP THE CAMERAS. He then stood there, not processing my payment. And when I told him I was needing to leave he threatened to call the police on me for walking out on a payment THAT HE WAS NOT PROCESSING. Then he literally just walked away, into the bays. Refusal to honor battery warranty…read more I brought my car in multiple times to have the battery tested, and each time I was told it was "good." Yet within less than three years, I needed jumpstarts more than once--clearly the battery wasn't fine. I even had the car checked by both a dealership and a private mechanic, and they all pointed to the battery. Before coming in, I called and spoke with the manager, but once I got there, they still refused to honor the warranty. Very disappointing--no accountability, no consistency. I wouldn't trust this location for accurate diagnostics or reliable customer service.
